Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used. Save yourself the hassle of having your whole day taken up and additional damage done to your house and choose another service.

I believed for a lot of years that I could put my own weed killer, pest control, and fertilizer on…read moremy lawn. With few exceptions, I spent a little less than a service costs and at some point ran into a problem that either ruined my yard or negated the hard work. Sometimes I'd spend $50 on treatments and it would rain, sometimes I'd spend $50 and it wouldn't rain. Sometimes I'd spend $75 and later find out that I did it at the wrong time. Sometimes I did it at the right time but not enough... you get the point. This is the beginning of the third season Duvall Lawn Care has been taking care of my lawn and I have never been disappointed. It looks amazing and while I haven't done the math, I'm pretty sure that the cost of having someone do it right, is worth way more than trying to do it yourself. Unless you want to spend a good part of your free weekends researching the right treatments and application and then getting out there and doing it. Duvall guarantees their work and if you have a problem, they'll take care of it. And by problem, I mean a weed. Can you imagine seeing a weed in your yard and calling someone to dispatch a pro to get rid of it. They're just a phone call away. They don't do mowing or landscaping but they can make a recommendation to set that up if you need it. Totally worth it.
