We had a Frazer crew (headed by Benjamin) come out to our place to take care of a threatening situation with one of our trees. In the wake of the storms that devastated NW Iowa (late July 2025), we had a huge pine tree that was dangerously leaning over a neighbor's garage and shed. The crew handled it in short order -- quickly, cleanly, and safely. We did ask for only the cutting of the tree (not hauling away the branches and whatnot), but regardless the price they quoted was definitely within the range of normal quotes. I flew into town last week from Toronto, Canada as my Mom had surgery a few weeks ago. They have been needing tree removal for some time, and in the past had been quoted a sum that was simply way out of range by another company in town. I called Frazier and Art came by the next day. He quoted a fair fee and after I enquired about seeing a business license and proof of insurance, delivered that immediately. They showed up on time this week as committed and worked for several hours. They did a fantastic job, and my parents commented on how impressed they were with their work ethic, and the meticulous clean up.
