He is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much everything. He corrected all the mistakes of a paint job, installed 2 toilets and found the perfect concrete service to replace some steps. He's reasonable priced especially when you know the job will be done right. I'm so thankful Webb Contracting reached out!

I know he also does carpeting and tiling.. .which I would have used him to do if I had more time before putting the house on the market. I can say without a doubt, if you have a small to medium job.. We were not in town…read moreduring much of the work which included removing popcorn ceilings and painting all interior walls, trim, cabinets and ceilings, for approximately 1K square feet. The job was one of the worst I have experienced. Our property was treated terribly. Cigarette butts thrown throughout the, hard, furniture was not only not covered but they actually walked on the sofa in their boots (i assume rather than get a ladder) before and after the cushions were removed. In,addition, they used our basement bathroom sink and shower to wash their paint brushes without bothering to clean up after themselves. I wish I could post pictures of the shower and toilets. The quality of the painting and attention to detail was horrible and does not appear they did any prep work or bothered to sand before painting the trim. After coming back twice asking for touch up they stopped returning calls. It is still not satisfactory. The household items had been moved to the garage and after arriving we found we were missing a small TV, a new drill and a an unopened bottle of whiskey that was stored on shelves in the garage. And that is just what we are aware of at this point. I would strongly encourage you to ask for and speak to any referrals if they can provide any. We used them based on our contractor giving them a trial run.

I was really impressed how the worksite was cleaned up every day before leaving for the night. They were very careful to control dust to contain it to the immediate area. I would definitely have them do additional work for me.

In the wake of the storms that devastated NW Iowa (late July 2025), we had a huge pine tree that was dangerously leaning over a neighbor's garage and shed. We did ask for only the cutting of the tree (not hauling away the branches and whatnot), but regardless the price they quoted was definitely within the range of normal quotes. We appreciated their not gouging us in a tough time.
