As a rule, I don't share negative opinions unless failing to do so will harm others. It is my unfortunate obligation to do so here. I have given Peacock Ford several chances to conduct honorable business (despite terrible experiences in the past) since they are only a mile from my house, but they always disappoint. I would rate my last interaction with them as unethical. My wife and I saw a Bronco Sport listed on Auto Trader by Peacock for a specific price, called and confirmed the car was there. When we arrived, the sticker in the window matched that price. When we indicated interest, the salesperson said that is not the price, but all Sports have something called a "bump" of $9,000 over the listed price due to popularity. I said that we invested the time to come there based on an online price, that we confirmed over the phone, which matched the sticker, and this felt like a classic "bait and switch". I asked to speak to the manager and he ran ahead of me and whispered something quickly to the manager before allowing us to speak. The manager immediately told me yes, all Sports have a "bump" of $7,000. Clearly, they didn't have time to even get the numbers to match but the manager supported this scheme. Long story short, we left and drove 20 minutes away to Sun State Ford where they sold us the exact same Sport for the exact sticker price. This is the latest interaction at Peacock, but they have all been poor. I have told this story multiple times to people in the market for a car and will continue to do so as I feel it is my responsibility to help others avoid poor business practices. By the way, this happened 3 weeks ago and I just took the attached picture - all three Sports are still there unsold on the lot. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles further to work with more honorable businesses.

Had the best experience at Peacock Ford! My daughter was in the market for a newer car and after visiting a few dealerships, she knew the Bronco Sport was the car for her. She called ahead to see if Peacock had the color she wanted and after finding out they did, we headed that way. Brandon Viali was the salesman that met us and had every option ready when she arrived. He was amazing! We arrived an hour before closing but he never rushed her and seemed just as excited that she found her car. He even got the big bow so she could put it on the car and take pictures! Thank you Brandon for making the car buying experience fun! Highly recommend!

Never would I have thought I would be a Ford girl. But after many years of working legal cases for Ford and seeing how much Ford cars about their vehicles, I knew my next car would most likely be a Ford. My SO got a Ford from Peacock right when they first open a few years ago and he's been very happy with them. I busted back in March and test drove the car I thought I would want, and FELL IN LOVE. However, it wasn't the time for me to buy a car and the finance department was not pushy and told us the end of the year was when Ford really has the best deals so if we weren't in a rush, wait. This made me feel really good about Peacock Ford. This literally was the same week everything ended up shutting down for COVID, so for months after I just kept researching prices, other Ford dealerships, and keeping tabs on the car. Fast forward to the week of Black Friday. After lots of research, I first went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience. Lots of dishonesty and feeling like I was treated poorly because I was a woman - this is NOT ok. At the same time, I was texting with Bill Green of Peacock Ford about what was going on. I then spoke with him on the phone and he was like a breath of fresh air compared to the other person I had been dealing with. Very kind and willing to try to work something out. I drove out to Peacock and I'll be honest, at first it was also a huge disappointment. They also were not able to originally get to the numbers I wanted, but after reworking some things and figuring a few things out, we were able to come to an agreeable price and I left with the car I had been wanting and fall more in love with each day! Dealing with the finance department was super easy. Trading my car in was too. The only thing that has been a bit difficult is scheduling tinting of my windows, but Bill handled that for me. We've now gotten 2 cars from here, I would definitely recommend Peacock Ford.

Do not bring your car for maintenance here. They did a full inspection on my car but did not inflate my tires, despite that it was noted on my sheet. How many other items were not done? Do I need to take my car to another dealership to inspect again??

Update- I brought my truck here a few days ago for an oil change. Today I started hearing a weird grinding sound coming from the back wheel so I brought it back in. Turns out they did not tighten the lug nuts enough and the wheel was loose. This is obviously a huge safety hazard. It has now been over an hour that I've waited for the vehicle. Looks like I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future. ---------- I haven't bought a car here, but I've had some service done and taken a test drive. I come here for my oil changes because they include a basic checkup and fluid topoff as part of the service. The parking lot is a bit run down and has some trash scattered around. Not the cleanest environment and could use a repaving. The lobby is pretty boring. Only 1 car inside and no tvs or anything to entertain. I went for a used car test dive and the rep was very friendly and low pressure. The lot was so full it made it difficult to traverse the cars.

Example of there false advertising, because there is no warranty as the badge near the bottom tells you.

Took my car here for a recall and they damaged my dashboard and told me tough luck and did nothing to make up for it.

Has any felt like they got their car damaged at Pecock Ford like I I did?

3x I have taken my vehicles in a all 3x it's been returned with a damage and all 3x they say it was just a coincidence except this last time I took it in to get my passenger lock to be fixed under warranty and it's heaven back with the part near my… Read more

The service department experience was even more concerning. I had to return multiple times due to incomplete or delayed repairs, communication was non existent unless I followed up myself, and promised services such as detailing were never completed. While the vehicle was in their care, the leather on driver's seat was damaged. The proposed "repair" was to glue and paint over the damage rather than replace the affected panel. They took no responsibility even though the damage happened in their care and their resolution unacceptable. Of further concern, personal documents went missing from my vehicle while it was in their care, and there was an unexplained few hundred mile increase during one of the 10 day service periods. Despite raising these issues, there was no accountability or resolution. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and raises serious concerns about the standards behind their certified pre-owned program and their slogan "buy smart, be happy." From my experience, honesty, accountability and a happy customer is NOT their priority. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution if at all. **Ive added before and after pictures of the ripped seat. Keep in mind the seat was ripped in their care before I even took possession of the car after purchasing. Its unacceptable how they claim to have fixed. Im trying to escalate but no one returns calls there.
