The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party.
