Let's start off saying WE LOVE ANDREW and Instapix! Initially we were going with another photo…read morebooth company for our wedding. But, when we met with Andrew and his wife, we instantly clicked and they were just so genuine & accommodating. From that point on, Andrew has made our planning process effortlessly. We basically went online reviewing his service options, we then picked the "4 hours package." In addition, we also looked into a few "add-on" items on the website. If you would want to see the props or the back drops in person, Andrew is always willingly to show you the actual props ahead of time. Super attentive! We also requested for a photo book for all of our guests' photos to be printed with a time lapse. Andrew told me he has never done it before, but he would give it a try! (Love that attitude!) The photo book turned out fantastic, it's exactly what we wanted, see photo attached. Lastly, we also have Andrew to print out the big face "cut out props" for our guests to play with, which turned out once again extremely good, we were so PLEASED and satisfied! On the wedding day, Andrew got in early and set up on time, even though we had experienced some hiccups (black outs for hours at the venue), Andrew had tried his hardest to get our photos printed out nicely! All our guests had so much and really enjoyed it. The props were good and the photo quality was great. In the end, that's the whole point of it right? If you are looking for an affordable and professional photo booth company, I highly recommend Instapix! Warmly, NAnnie

What attracted me to Instapix was the outstanding quality of equipment used, the legit DSLR camera, to the modern and sleek setup, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the pictures came out nice and professional looking! What stood out from Andrew's Instapix was this: 1) Tons of PROPS to choose from, and they aren't dingy looking ones. 2) Professional looking backdrops to choose from, and aren't pricey like other places. 3) Templates to customize to your taste. Andrew is an awesome owner, and he is very personal in getting the template to what you want for your wedding. 4) Andrew. This guy is very personable, understanding, and professional. We got our pics on a USB flash drive in a nicely decorated box along with a photobook of all the pics that occured during the night. Seriously, I checked out a few and they were way too expensive or they were too amateur'ish. Instapix is perfect for a beautiful wedding and they definitely kept up to par with the decor for our venue. Thanks Andrew again and I will definitely use you again for kid birthdays in the future! Leticia and I, were 150% satisfied :)

From the moment we contacted her, she laid out all the options and ideas to help us decide what best for the party without rushing. One of the things i like most that Joyce and her crew were at the event early to set it up and even check in with us to see where we like to put the sweet table. We rented another vendor or place for the birthday and we were running late. However, Joyce was there 30 minutes earlier and took care of that. She talked to the vendor, set everything up and even navigate our guests before we were there. We are very glad to hire her. If you or anyone has a birthday event for your little one, we highly recommend her and you won't regret.

She was actually a software engineer in a previous life; I just can't believe she had a Ph.D. in that stuff before she deciding to pursue her true love, the harp. Stephanie has her own amp, so no worries about the sound projection. We had an outdoor wedding and our guests heard her fine. Prior to the wedding, we only needed to meet with Stephanie for about an hour and easily finalized our music selection. For our ceremony, she played some classic tones. For our cocktail hour, she had many scores for contemporary music e.g. cheesy love ballads, trendy pop songs, Disney theme songs, etc. So I wished we had a longer cocktail hour (we had some awesome blue martinis! I mean, to listen to her music more). Some bride was so undecided that she asked Stephanie to play a million songs "just to hear it" even though she didn't want them played at her wedding. Their consultation took 3 hours. Yo bridezilla, this is not a concert.

We had our ceremony at Pulgas Water Temple and the procession path was quite long. Thus, as my dad and I came down during the wedding march, she had to extend the song so it would last until I got to the front and it sounded great! I've been to weddings before where the sound ran out by the time they're halfway down the aisle, so I was appreciate of the effort. She is professional, organized, and dealt well with our last minute changes in the procession. She is very aware how crazy wedding days can be for the couple so we are thankful for her non-intrusive and organized manner. Many thanks for making our special day sound beautiful!

My (now) husband and I were continuously impressed with the chef, Richard, who went out of his way to make an amazing meal that everyone, with allergies and various opinions, could enjoy. He was increadily thoughtful with even bringing me samples of the menu while we were taking pictures so I wouldn't be starving when the ceremony began. Shannon is the organizer/go-to-women. She is thorough, welcoming, and very good with details. VERY much appreciated working with her, even when planning a wedding is so stressful, she managed to always calm my nerves. Would recommend everyone at least taking a look at the facility and the people! Very great place to have a large event!

With the budget I provided, Nicole was able to book a trio band and 5 dancers and checked every box for the several special requests I had. I regret to share a very disappointing experience with Boho Loko Studios. Despite high…read moreexpectations, the service fell short on multiple fronts. From the beginning, communication was challenging. Sai who I believe was the owner (?) was unresponsive, requiring multiple prompts to send designs and respond to questions. This lack of responsiveness continued throughout the planning process. On the day of our event, the team set up the decorations and left before anyone from our party arrived. They did not wait until the agreed-upon time, and when we arrived, the entire backdrop had fallen over. There were insufficient reinforcements, and when we tried to put it back up, the arrangement was completely messed up. Tablecloths had flown halfway off the tables, and centerpieces and parts of the backdrop kept falling over. When we requested they come back to fix the setup, they refused, citing other commitments. Instead, they sent us "tips" on how to fix it - things they should have done before leaving (!), which was absurd since nothing was staying up and their set up was entirely fallen over. Their response was completely unprofessional and inadequate for the situation. When they returned to clean up, we raised the issue and asked for some form of reimbursement. Their response was frustrating and dismissive. They said it was "impossible" and showed no intention of helping remedy the situation. They repeatedly said they "couldn't control the wind" and that they had spent 2.5 hours setting up. While we understand they can't control the weather, it is their responsibility to prepare for such conditions or at least be available to address any issues that arise. And as for setting up - that is what we paid them for! Additionally, their follow-up was poor. Despite providing event details months in advance, they repeatedly asked for information I had already given, such as the event address and time - which made it all the more frustrating that they for some reason couldn't figure out how to make someone from their team stay till we got to the location at minimum - but it feels like a baseline expectation to have someone from the decorator team available in case of any issues. Given the premium price we paid - which was definitely much higher than other places I had reached out to for quotes, we expected a much higher quality of service and better treatment. Unfortunately, Boho Loko Studios did not meet these expectations whatsoever. I would strongly advise against using their services - pretty bad customer service / etiquette in my opinion.
