I like the concept of this place specializing in Botox only. Nice clean facility. Injector was informative and everything was painless. For $395 this is a hefty price tag since I only got 20 units, I could get that same amount for around $200-250 at most other places that charge by unit. Unfortunately even with the touch up my Botox only lasted 2 weeks in my frontalis. It was my first time getting it so I definitely don't have resistance. I'd recommend for people that need a larger volume of units. I didn't get a consult about any of their skincare - I would've likely purchased if they talked about the products with me. read more

Writing after my second visit here. The staff is very friendly and space is clean and welcoming, so I am hesitant to write this review. I've been getting Botox (elsewhere) for quite a few years, so I am somewhat particular with how I want my face to look. I explained this to the injector, but after two weeks, the botox settled in and froze my eyebrows down, causing me to have hooded eyelids. I went back for a touch up (which helped a little) and they assured me they'd mark my record so this wouldn't happen again. I decided to return three months later when I was due for my next visit. Two weeks post-appointment, my brows are frozen down once again and I am experiencing the same problems as before. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this business. read more

I have been getting Botox at Peachy 3 times. The first time was good. Second time my eyebrows were a bit too pulled up and I didn't have enough time for a touch up before a long trip. So eventually the startled look subsided. The third time I ended up with the left brow coming down too much and the right side pulled up. I called after a week and was told I have to wait another week until it can be addressed. I'm not happy because the side that's too low can't be corrected as far as I'm aware . I'm worried that if they add more Botox to adjust the right side I end up with 2 drooping brows. I'm really surprised about such a disappointing result as peachy is specialized in Botox and their procedure seems thorough but in 15 years of getting Botox by different providers I never had such an uneven result. read more

Make sure you mention to give you their strongest stuff... They dilute their Botox so much that it barely lasts a month. I've been here 3 times, assigned a different person each time. After the 1st time, I mentioned it barely lasted 6 weeks before total mobility and she made sure to make it last and it did get to 8 weeks. The 3rd time I made the mistake of not mentioning it and my face is fully mobile after 5 weeks. The only reason I kept coming back is because I'm super lazy and booking online is easy... but given I'd have to keep coming back every 4-6 weeks versus 12 weeks like I've have Botox last before... I was referred to Peachy from my best friend who has been to the Williamsburg location and said they do amazing work, so I'd decided to make an appointment. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk people were very friendly and welcoming, took a few before photos and I sat in the super cute waiting area. I was called in and (I'm sorry but I can't remember my technician) started right away. My first time getting any type of injectables in my life and with Peachy at their Williamsburg location. I made an appointment to get a consultation/injectibles on 09/28 - this part was super quick and easy to do on their website. Literally got an appointment for the next day. The receptionists were sweet both times and are the ones that take your before and after pictures. For my appointment, the first nurse was also nice and recommended injecting Xeomin and then proceed to inject 6 syringes of Xeomin into my forehead area and crows feet. I followed all of their instructions post-injection; don't exercise, don't lay down, drink a lot of water, etc. I noticed a soft airy bump developed right in the middle of my forehead from the Xeomin about a week later post initial injection. I started to get nervous, left it alone, and immediately called to let them know about this ugly-looking bump. So, we scheduled a call with the head nurse so she could evaluate me via Zoom on 10/6. This second nurse admitted she had never seen an airy bump like that during her entire career -big statement there yet appalling - and made the same disgusted face I made directed towards the bump. She recommended I visit the location in Williamsburg again so they can check it out in person. I went in on 10/12 at the two-week mark, took pictures again, and had a third nurse who completely disregarded the bump, couldn't diagnose the issue (didn't even blink twice to say she didn't know yet didn't ask anyone else for an opinion), suggested touching up the area and added two more syringes of Xeomin. I kept asking her about the bump, she said I had to let it metabolize yet absolutely no ideas or conclusions about how or why this could've happened. Although, not sure why add more Xeomin if there's already an issue. But hey, my degree is in economics so I'm unqualified to state a diagnosis yet the nurse practitioners were also unqualified and they inject people for a living. Well, it's been nearly three months and the airy bump is still there, in the same exact place and same exact size, in the middle of my forehead, and very visible. In fact, my forehead looks worse than not having had gotten any injectables, to begin with. Who knows when it'll 'metabolize' or if that's even the correct approach for something like this. I took pictures of the consultation pictures Peachy's receptionist took of me and it is clear that I didn't have the bump on my forehead prior to getting the Xeomin injections. I also took photos of their second round of photos, proving the bump was visible yet it was completely disregarded by the nurses altogether. They did nothing positive for me. Maybe the first nurse didn't know how to properly insert a syringe and maybe shouldn't be a nurse, to begin with. Maybe the third nurse should also not be a nurse because who sees a deformity and thinks to themselves "yes, let's add more because why not". As for the 'head nurse' not being able to identify the diagnosis, this is all just completely embarrassing- for their business and emotionally/physically for me. Peachy never followed up with me about the bump after my second visit. I have to continue walking around NYC like this until I find a solution because Peachy doesn't have one, nor have they attempted to provide a logical one. Will never be returning to Peachy ever, ever, EVER again. Never again!!! Also, it hasn't been exactly 3 months yet and my "wrinkles" are back. read more
