She is constantly late, or No shows with a text at the time she should arrive. When she does call to reschedule she does an awful job as she must hurry to make up her weeks work. She no showed for Monday and it is Wednesday and she has set up and canceled three days this week. She often does not sweep the office or clean the master tub. She also used orange glow on our wood floods and it has left a wax build up that we found out must be professionally removed. Cleaning the house should be a stress free luxury and using this women is anything but.
