It takes time to shape the ice cream, get the toppings, mix everything together, clean the stone, etc. It seems to be more of a flaw in the overall business idea versus having a lazy staff. The staff were in good spirits and seemed to be moving along as fast as they could. So when you come here, you should just expect slowness. The quality of the product was excellent as usual. "Birthday cake remix" was fantastic. The kids had chocolate with various toppings. Everyone was happy. Prices are high. Order was inaccurate. Wife ordered a love it in a like it bowl, which was then double-cupped in a love it bowl. So bottom line is she paid for love it and got like it. Exact opposite for me. I ordered like it and got love it. We didn't figure this out until we were already halfway done and we were comparing the cup sizes. How hard is this? So: yey for food quality, and service needs improvement on the accuracy side, as well as somehow trying to speed things up if possible. Maybe 2 people make 1 order? Not sure. I think the Blueberry Cheesecake was our overall favorite with its chunks of actual cheesecake, graham cracker crust and all. The serving sizes were large. I think they just recently opened. LOCATION: Sweet Scoops is located in the new shopping/apartment complex at Brookfield's Four Corners. There is ample parking in the adjacent lot. FOOD: I tried a special -- Dubai chocolate ice cream. I chose the chocolate-dipped waffle cone. Next time I will try the bubble cone, as those are made as ordered, ensuring cone is crispest. AMBIANCE: The space is unusually large for an ice cream shop. This allows customers to easily review the menu in the wall, as well as the available flavor options.
