I've been a patient at this practice 3yrs now. Dr. Tabassum Safari is one of the 4 doctors at the Lenora Church road location. The staff from the front desk to the nurses are all friendly, knowledgeable, patient , understanding professionals that are consistent on every visit. If you're uncertain about an appointment or insurance benefits, they will look into it and get you the answers. The office itself is nice and clean. Not very much decor in the lobby like most offices I've visited but it's nice. Several chairs spaced due to Covid precautions. 1 TV that's set on one channel more like an advertisement of Emory services. So a little something to ponder while waiting to be seen by your doctor The lab and exam rooms are typical nothing really special there. Parking lot is quite large .. Most doctors are accepting new patients. One thing I love about Emory Healthcare is that everything is there. If you need a colonoscopy, it can be done there. Every visit, diagnosis, appointment, surgery, etc is in the portal. Your doctor is notified of every lab report and exam although he or she may not have done the procedure like a colonoscopy. It's pretty cool! It's a paper trail of your healthcare...Who wouldn't want that!
