I called again Friday afternoon and the automated system told me someone would give me a call. Here it is 8:28 Friday evening and I still haven't received a call. This is absolutely not acceptable. I would love someone in management to give me a call and explain how this is acceptable. I will think twice before I return to this clinic.

I waited for less than 20 minutes and was triaged quickly by the nurse. The doctor was both attentive and efficient.
