I read the Google reviews and thought this would be a closer and more convenient location/place to…read moretake my child than the urgent care we prefer. I checked in online and after getting there waited over a half an hour for my child to be called back. For urgent care that seems like not a long time at all. However, no one was there. The receptionist let me know that in the nine hours they had been open my child was only the eleventh person of the day. The nurse was not the friendly with my child and I felt like she was a bit aggressive/impatient trying to do multiple swabs. We waited another thirty minutes for the doctor to get off the computer and come in and see us after swabs were done. I know they ask for a review when you leave so I wanted to make sure I gave them one with honesty. This is not a place I'd go to a second time. Plenty of other choices for urgent care with friendly staff and better wait times even with more patients.

I just had the worst experience…read more My son hit his eye last night on his bed. Him and his siblings were playing and he hit it on the bed. I checked it out last night there was no scratch or cut or bleeding nothing. So I sent him to bed with a cold compress. Got him up for school this morning same things looks fine he's still complaining of a little pain. I give him some Tylenol and send him to school thinking it's sore or maybe he has a headache from it. The school called me earlier to come get him because he was still complaining of pain and just wasn't himself. So I go get him and TRY to take him to be seen. We got there at 11:50. I register him since we've never been there and I select the appointment time for like 11:51. We sit down. It's not until 12:30 and another person walks in that I realize we should've gotten a code to check in which we never did. So I figure that out and we eventually get called back at like 12:45. Then we sit there like 1:30 the doc finally comes in and says they're gonna do a basic eye exam but they think it's fine which is what I suspected anyway it's fine just sore. Then we sit for another 30 min until 2pm. All in all we were there for 2 hrs to have absolutely nothing done. I finally had to get up and just ask for our school excuse and leave because we legit couldn't wait anymore. However, that's really not even what I'm upset about. The doctor walks in and she's talking to me and my son and then asks to look at his eye. She gets right in his face and coughs!! She coughs once, backs up a bit and coughs again maybe a foot away from his face and then finally seems to realize and catch herself and covered her mouth. With her hands, and then didn't try to wash her hands or put gloves on. I try to be as understanding as possible. Stuff happens, it's life. But that was ridiculous and I do expect a certain level of professionalism from a medical provider, I expect they at least know not to cough in their patients faces, so they don't possibly make them sicker.
