Long story short, Joey did the initial trouble shooting, and Kenny and Corey installed my whole new system. Now I have a properly running system in my park model to finish out the summer. Just so you know. Then when I asked about if he was going to replace the filters, he said he didn't have any and he only changes his when he remembers. And they "looked clean anyway." I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan. I will be choosing a competitor from now on. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb.
