Came in on Tuesday after seeing some of the cars listed online. We were greeted quickly and the…read moresales staff was not pushy- the only reason this place gets 2 stars. Every car we looked at had issues- serious issues. We looked at a total of 3 cars. The first was a 2016 jeep Cherokee, we got the keys the car would not crank because of the battery being dead. When popping the hood there was many broken and cracked pieces under the hood. All 4 tires had the wires showing on them- and not a little. It was literally to the extent that it would be extremely dangerous to even test drive the car. The car had an obvious alignment problem. The second was a 2014 jeep Cherokee. This one would also not crank when we tried- battery also dead. The inside of the windshield was wet, water was leaking in and the seats were molded and there was an extreme musty smell. It also had a flat tire. The 3rd was a buick enclave. This one we were actually able to crank but when we did the car sounded terrible. In conclusion it does not seem like this lot takes very good care of their cars. Allowing cars that have tires that are dangerous for anyone to drive on them. They cant even take the time to keep the cars in test driveable condition. When looking at the cars online they are an extreme misrepresentation to what you will see in person. They take the pictures in a manner that does not show any flaws in the car. Resulting in a complete waste of time even coming to the lot. We left without purchasing anything.

She is horrible at handling business and seems to do the bare minimum. They can't tell tell you anything about financing and they act lost when it comes to it but they will try to sell young and desperate ppl car. In short, they are: Unprofessional - hung up when asking questions (I didn't tell or name call) Incompetent - can't tell you much about the loan processing Scam artist - took the money and told me to pay $1000 after paying the car note late. They could have told me they wouldn't accept the payment Final thoughts... Amy is trash n needs to be fired

After searching for over a month for a good used truck, I made it down to 3 selections…read more After looking again at all 3, I decided to purchase the 1 here at Selective. My decision was based on several factors: 1. The vehicle was the most realistic of the 3, being in the best shape, the maintenance history, and the model. 2. I also chose based on the reviews from this dealer. 3. My salesrep Zak and the owner Sam (and all the employees) are good and honest people. 4. Price and quality with ability to purchase a warranty. I haven't bought a used vehicle at a dealership in many years, and this experience was top-rated. My salesrep Zak was friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. I won't go into too much detail here yet I must state that anyone buying a used car from a dealership (as is) should know that there are no guarantees. You should very thoroughly research the vehicle you are looking to buy beforehand so you will know if there are known issues. Zak and I discussed the pros and cons of vehicle (I was already very familiar with my vehicle as I had bought only this truck for the past 30 years. The truck had everything I needed except for one option, and so we negotiated having that option installed by the dealer, which they did, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the quality of integrity these folks showed. Before buying here I looked at their reviews and while almost all were 5 star, there were a few "unsatisfied" customers, and I noted they were almost all from reviewers who obviously didn't do their research. I highly recommend this dealership and will return for another vehicle if needed. Thank you Sam, Zak, John and the rest of the team!

"The way car buying should be."…read more I know that's an old marketing slogan for a different car dealership but I feel it aptly applies to Cobb County Toyota. I've had my 2024 Toyota 4Runner XSeries Off Road Premium in Solar Octane for nearly two weeks now and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I was looking to buy a 5th generation Toyota 4Runner and Cobb County Toyota had the perfect one in stock. The truck was well represented in photos and the price was a great deal compared to similar cars on the market. When it came time to make a deal, they didn't add any extra fees or try to add "mandatory" maintenance plans. The price the car was listed for was the price I paid, plus a nominal tag fee and taxes. My salesperson, Gabriel, was incredibly nice, patient, and not overly pushy. He worked with the finance manager to get me a fair offer for my trade-in. They do try to sell warranty/maintenance plans once you make it back to a finance guy, but he wasn't overly pushy when I declined them which was much appreciated. In the next year, I'll be in the market for an A91 Supra and Cobb County Toyota will definitely be the first place I consider looking.
