I responded to a posting on their website and went to look at the car. When I arrived I was told the car didn't have a motor. Not only was this important fact not included in the website posting, but a photo of a motor in the car was included in the pictures of the car! Bait and switch. I'm sorry I fell for it and wasted 2.5 hours of my time. I hope at least I can save you some trouble. Don't fall for their false advertising and don't do business with Cherokee Auto Sales.

Terrible place. Tried to sell me a SUV that had so much rust I could put my finger through the frame. They don't care about your safety.

After searching for over a month for a good used truck, I made it down to 3 selections…read more After looking again at all 3, I decided to purchase the 1 here at Selective. My decision was based on several factors: 1. The vehicle was the most realistic of the 3, being in the best shape, the maintenance history, and the model. 2. I also chose based on the reviews from this dealer. 3. My salesrep Zak and the owner Sam (and all the employees) are good and honest people. 4. Price and quality with ability to purchase a warranty. I haven't bought a used vehicle at a dealership in many years, and this experience was top-rated. My salesrep Zak was friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. I won't go into too much detail here yet I must state that anyone buying a used car from a dealership (as is) should know that there are no guarantees. You should very thoroughly research the vehicle you are looking to buy beforehand so you will know if there are known issues. Zak and I discussed the pros and cons of vehicle (I was already very familiar with my vehicle as I had bought only this truck for the past 30 years. The truck had everything I needed except for one option, and so we negotiated having that option installed by the dealer, which they did, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the quality of integrity these folks showed. Before buying here I looked at their reviews and while almost all were 5 star, there were a few "unsatisfied" customers, and I noted they were almost all from reviewers who obviously didn't do their research. I highly recommend this dealership and will return for another vehicle if needed. Thank you Sam, Zak, John and the rest of the team!

Peach State Motors - Drove that car off the lot on Saturday

Came across this location while searching online for pre-owned vehicles. We were looking for a car…read moreso hubby can commute to and from work. We originally had our eyes set on their pre-owened Acura, however, our committed budget had us leaving the lot with a good deal on a VW. About 10 minutes after stepping foot on the lot, we were approached by a friendly gentleman named Adam. Adam helped make our buying process easy. He was Knowledgeable and worked up a good deal for our cash purchase. By the way, they do offer multiple purchasing Payment options. We test drove the vehicle first. We looked over the vehicle information on their online website and at the end, he wrapped up our purchase and stayed in our budget. We felt good about our purchase. If you decide to work with this location, ask for Adam.

UPDATE: The car has now stopped working…read more I already left a review about the problems we experienced with this vehicle shortly after purchasing it, including the check-engine light, backup camera failure, rear seat belt not latching, rear heat not working, jerking, collision/safety system warnings, and other issues. Now it has gotten even worse. The vehicle sputtered while we were driving, and when I pressed the gas pedal, there was no response. The car would not accelerate properly and has now stopped working. At this point, this is completely unacceptable for a vehicle we recently purchased from a dealership. We have had problem after problem, and these aren't minor cosmetic issues--they involve the vehicle's safety, reliability, and ability to actually operate. We bought this car expecting to have dependable transportation for our family, and instead we've been dealing with one problem after another. We should not have to keep discovering major problems with a vehicle we just purchased. I am documenting everything, including the previous issues, this latest breakdown, repair/diagnostic records, and our communications with the dealership. BUYERS BEWARE. I strongly recommend having any vehicle from this dealership thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. We are now trying to figure out what our legal and consumer options are because this situation has gone far beyond a simple repair.

Best service department that I've ever been to! Was greeting in my car immediately by Matt McCoy…read more I told him my catalytic converter light had come on. I was 1500K miles over the warranty but he said they'd check to see if they could do a "good will" repair. Brought by car back 2 days later to be serviced. They gave us a ride to Enterprise down the street where they have an agreement with them. Received a video the next morning of the technician telling me other things that needed to be addressed. Matt McCoy called later that afternoon to go over what all needed to be done. He also informed me that the catalytic converter would be covered under the warranty. My car was ready the next day. My experience with them was a very positive one!! Not only were they courteous and professional, they communicated with me at all times. Thanks Matt and everyone else at Hyundai of Kennesaw. Highly recommend!

I purchased two vehicles from Hyundai of Kennesaw between December 2025 and July 2026…read more Unfortunately, both transactions involved significant delays and issues with the processing of my registration and license plates. For the first vehicle, I did not receive my registration and plate until 92 days after the date of sale. After 55 days, Hyundai of Kennesaw instructed me to go to the tag office myself to obtain my registration. When I did so, I was informed that the title had not been submitted and I could not register the vehicle. Hyundai of Kennesaw subsequently issued a second Temporary Operating Permit, and I ultimately received my plate 92 days after purchase. The second vehicle presented similar issues. Thirty-two days after the sale, Hyundai of Kennesaw contacted me to advise that they were missing documentation required to complete the registration. I provided the requested documents the same day. When I requested a second Temporary Operating Permit, my request was denied and I was again instructed to go to the tag office myself. I did so, and 52 days after the date of sale, I finally obtained my registration and plate. I contacted Hyundai of Kennesaw multiple times throughout both processes and was repeatedly told they were doing what they could. I also requested contact information for the sales manager and/or general manager so I could address the matter directly. That request was ignored. When I called and specifically asked to speak with the general manager, I was denied and transferred to the sales manager's voicemail. I left a detailed message and never received a response. My primary concern is not simply the inconvenience, but the lack of attention given to the issue despite the $899.00 in document fees I paid for each vehicle. I paid the dealership to process my registration and title paperwork, yet the dealership failed to do so in a timely manner, as required under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act. In the case of the second vehicle, I was forced to personally visit the tag office and incur additional time and expense to complete a process for which I had already paid the dealership. Despite this, Hyundai of Kennesaw offered only $20 in compensation for the fees and expenses associated with obtaining my registration and plate myself. Given the circumstances, I believe the response from Hyundai of Kennesaw is inadequate and does not reasonably reflect the inconvenience, additional expense, and failure to provide the registration services for which I was charged.
