The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area. I had a poor experience at the Oneida St location right before Thanksgiving as well.

I had to go back over everything, particularly the windows and windshield. On the exterior, they didn't dry the tires prior to putting on tire shine, then put way too much shine on which then flung onto the sides of the truck when I drove away. 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the free vacuums outside, so I was able to go back over the interior myself after paying $36 for my sub bar wash.
