Mario & Hog started going to PCB in 2021 that is when we met Peter & his wonderful wife. We have been there 3 times only see him one week and he treats us like we are Floridians. The PCB2 is absolutely AMAZING. The ambience of the shop is inviting, quite, and professional unless Mario & myself are in town. The Spirit selection is definitely top shelf. Prices are what you would expect for top tier spirits at a nice and classy lounge. The smoke eaters are quiet and do an absolutely fantastic job, very little smoke for a cigar lounge. Peter is VERY KNOWLEDABLE on cigars and carries top of line brands. Peter definitely speaks cigar. If you are looking for a cigar experience from someone who knows his craft and enjoys his passion then this is your place. Life is to short to smoke bad cigars & drink bad spirits. PCB Cigars is a must if you are near Panama City and care about premium cigars and quality customer service. I have been traveling the country and enjoying cigars in each state. Thanks to Yelp!, I decided to stop by while visiting The Emerald Coast. Needless to say, I left four hours later with a humidor full of quality cigars and a new friend or two. PCB Cigars has two well-maintained humidors and a very clean and comfortable smoking area. I really appreciate the air handling system and cleanliness of the shop. There are large televisions in the smoking area, but I just enjoyed talking to the owner and a regular customer. Whether you are new to cigars or an expert, I recommend letting the owner know what you like and then let him choose something you have never had before. That's what I did and I wasn't disappointed. My humidor is now full of cigars that I have never had before. Many of the cigars are ones that I have never seen at other shops. The shop also has a huge selection of lighters and ashtrays and other supplies. The owner has quality name brand merchandise and supports what he sells. The shop has some waters and sodas for sale, but you can also BYOB. This is a nice feature. Just talked to the owner, Max, and she estimates they have 1,500 square feet of humidors and over 2,000 cigars. Whoa! Amazing selection. And like almost all cigar people, she was very friendly. They have 8 comfy smoking chairs, three big screen tvs, she says people just strike up a conversation with new people (we were the only people there.) Walked into humi and wow the selection was crazy. Ive never seen that many Opus X before in one place. Spotted a very rare box of cigars and had to get it. Couldn't believe he had them. Moving to PCB in a few weeks, a precursor to the move however, was a house hunting trip (for my loving wife), and locating a cigar shop ( yours truly). I had heard of Peter (owner) his inexhaustive memory, as well as PCB Cigars' exhaustive selection. All I had heard is more than accurate, my wife and Rinka(sp? ) Peter's wife hit it off and Peter invited us to consider his 'hood. Peter engaged my wife in conversation as though we were all old friends. My second trip back, I was greeted with "Hi Michael!" as I entered the shop. Peter shared great information on various cigars I was interested in, been enjoying cigars and pipes for over 40 years now (cut my cigar smoking teeth on old Don Diego 'babies.' Notwithstanding this, I consider myself an afficianado and therefore on a constant hunt to increase my tobacco, pipe and cigar knowledge. Having shopped at cigar emporiums across the country and Europe, I was suitably impressed with PCB Cigars. The most salient point for me and my wife was our level of comfort during our several visits to the shop. This was the first time my wife actually sat down in a tobacco shop with me and took it all in. I cannot adequately express how important this was to me, my wife endured the smoke, my purchases of cigars, all because of the hospitality of Peter and Rinka.* I have always felt that we cigar and pipe smokers are a breed apart, mulling life and it's visicitudes as we puff our cares away.
