I stopped by to check out this quaint little cigar bar and enjoy a smoke. The indoor seating is limited, but the place is clean and well-maintained. They also have an outdoor screened patio with comfortable seating. I was interested in trying the sweeter Connecticut "Luke Bryan" cigar; however, they sold me the wrong cigar, which was quite disappointing. I ended up spending $35 on a smoke that I didn't enjoy. When I mentioned to the staff that I had received the wrong cigar, she apologized but did not offer to rectify the situation. Additionally, there is inconsistency in their pricing: the website price is $32 per stick, while in the store, it's $35. https://shorethingcigars.com/collections/stc-all-products/products/luke-bryan-exclusive-davidoff-grand-robusto

A great day

We love this place. It has everything that my husband likes in a cigar bar. Including a great atmosphere, staff, beer, tv's and a amazing air filtration system that makes it so fresh in there. Can't wait to return

A cool cigar bar with an amazing vibe. Very knowledgeable staff and one of the owners is country star Luke Bryant. Luke has curated his own brand of cigars and you will see his signature on a lot of items. Had a blast sitting on the patio and my boyfriend enjoyed a familiar cigar while I had a nice glass of wine. So glad we stopped by and we would definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Shore Thing Cigars is the best smelling cigar spot I've ever been to. It was clean and was very airy with the large doorways and covered patio. The bar had some local brews on tap. If you come during happy hour, 5-7pm everyday, you can get bottled beer for $3 and wine & draft beer for $5. I like this spot because it feels very beachy and has live music playing in the patio. Parking is free in the private lot. Our bartender was very nice and friendly.

Great friendly service and a fun atmosphere with music, cigars and beer. We walked in right before 7pm and didn't leave until closing time. We had a great time. We highly recommend you come check it out. They have a nice variety of quality smokes. But a Koozie while your there.

Probably the cleanest cigar bar I've ever been to. Smells great, athletically pleasing, the airy patio is fantastic! Love the humidor. It's so pretty inside and has a very mild smell, but still utterly delicious. Great music, and as the non smoker, the quick wifi keeps me entertained while my husband sits back and enjoys his cigar. 10/10 would recommend to someone that likes Cigars! I feel like this spot is aesthetically unique to the Cigar world. Come in just to take a look, at least!

The ultimate experience. Indoors is great but you can enjoy outdoors sunshine with covered roof and screened windows

Maybe it's just not my style, but this place was stuffy, the cigars were dry, and they were quick to assume we couldn't afford Padrón's.

The restaurant is beautiful, and we happened to go during the World Cup, so it was a nice touch that they had the games playing. Our waiter was super attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and recommendations, very friendly throughout the meal. They started us off with a bread basket with a few different types of bread, all delicious. We ordered the mojo pork empanadas (comes with two, good size) and they were delish. For our main course, we got the Santiago grouper, it was tasty, but a little under-seasoned for our taste, both the rice and the fish, as well as the black beans. That said, this really comes down to personal preference since we like our food on the saltier side, and it was still good overall. My husband ordered the Perla del Sur ribs and those were amazing, the seasoning and sauce were so flavorful. Our waiter also recommended a cocktail called the Rose Berry, which was a great suggestion. By dessert we were already pretty full, but they brought us out a panna cotta for my birthday that was excellent. Overall, everything was delicious and the place is definitely recommended!

It was a chain reaction. They were debuting a new menu, so the kitchen was a bit slow. Our server was either being trained or training someone new--not totally sure. The appetizers were brought out after our entres. However, the food was fantastic as were the views and seating options.

We looked up reviews and came across Bud & Alley's Restaurant as a likely way to do so. We were quite pleased with our experience once we found a table. When we arrived where you could make a reservation for a table downstairs, we were told the better views were upstairs with tables available for anyone who found them. We walked around for a while looking for a table opening up and though we didn't find any tables on the deck upstairs, we did find one with a gorgeous view well before sunset. The server being one of only a few there that night checked on us many times and was very helpful. We each ordered drinks. I got a Frozen Beach Bellini consisting of Lamarca prosecco with peach purée topped with an edible orchid. Then, when ordering dinner, my friend and I each ordered an eight ounce filet mignon consisting of grilled asparagus, Yukon mashed potatoes, and bordelaise sauce. My wife ordered a roasted salmon consisting of green lentils with pancetta and fennel, arugula, and dijon vinaigrette. We were quite delighted with everything we ate and drank! Bud & Alley's has been an award winning iconic restaurant in Seaside Florida since 1986, serving delicious farm- and fish-to-table food, offering exceptional service and making seaside memories for generations. Their restaurant hours are daily from 8 AM to 9:30 PM while the roof deck bar is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. They no longer have a happy hour though they have a limited menu Their website (https://www.budandalleys.com) has a lot of great information from the menu, reservation page, newsletter signup (for news, events, recipes and offers), events, reviews, beach cam, online ordering, gallery, press stories, and even links to other Bud and Alley restaurants. You can also sign up for Bud and Alley's Rewards at https://www.toasttab.com/s-w-d-r-grill-inc-dba-bud-alleys/rewardsSignup where you can earn earn 1 point for every $1.50 spent and unlock $5 off every 50 points. There may even be a birthday bonus. As a fun fact, the restaurant is actually named after a dog and cat and not people. You can see that in the logo. If you're in the area and want a good meal with good service and an excellent view, check it out!

The outside was finished nicely, but inside the crab was runny and was as if it was thawed out and then they prepared it. A mushy mess! The grilled grouper entree was better but low on flavor. Sweet potato fries were cold. The calamari appetizer never showed up and only two people working the bar (which was slammed). We had to get up multiple times to ask for water or a napkin, etc. They gave us a rag to wipe down the outside tables before we sat down! ( great, now we work there!) The most enjoyable part of the dinner was the Big Bear sourdough bread! Bud & Alley's waterfront restaurant is not fine dining and expect to find better food elsewhere unless you're just looking for some great drinks and average food, and a sunset then pull up a chair. Also make note in Seaside there are resort fees added like on our bill of $180, we had to pay a $4.38 Entertainment fee and not negotiable. It only takes one bad experience and this was it. on another note, Bud and Alley's Italian restaurant with pizzas are much better choice!

My wife and I met her colleagues at the bar multiple times while I also ate breakfast at 1936 twice. Some of the staff were helpful and others didn't seem like they wanted to be there during breakfast. The food was all-around good. At the same time, the bar staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. They were familiar with the obscure cocktail requests that my friend made without referencing a recipe book. Special thanks to Dulce and Benjamin at the bar!! The breakfast menu at 1936 includes Light Start items, Chef's Sunrise Specials, The Southern Griddle items, a Kids' Menu, and side dishes. On both days, my guest and I each ordered an Inn Breakfast consisting of two eggs cooked to your preference, Applewood smoked bacon, Logan Turnpike grits or breakfast potatoes, and biscuit or toast. My first day, I ordered toast along with bacon and breakfast potatoes with two eggs scrambled. The second day, I ordered a biscuit with breakfast potatoes with fruit instead of bacon. Everything was tasty! 1936 is open for Camp Creek Inn guests along with WaterSound Club members to enjoy its lounge and bar. It was named for the company's founding year and considers itself to offer an elevated yet warm and comfortable bar and relaxed lounge. It is considered to be the ideal place to gather for lighter fare and happy hour in the evening. 1936 is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. The bar is open until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. There is a sweets suite that has granola bars, popcorn, soda, oranges and apples, goldfish, an ice and water machine, espresso machine (that also makes hot cocoa), and ice cream bars! No need to pack extra snacks for your little ones on this trip! The rooms are large and the balconies have a gorgeous view of the bluest turquoise waters- it reminded me of being in the islands! The turndown service brings you fresh homemade cookies every night (so don't use your DND!). The staff onsite are super accommodating, the drinks at the bar are delicious, and the food is good as well. The pool drinks are more expensive if you go to the beach club next door. The pool area has a huge sunscreen dispenser (never seen one of these), ice water, fire pits (free to use). There is a tiny gym off the lobby (open 24/7). It has one treadmill, one elliptical, free weights, one bench, on pulley system and a Lululemon mirror thing. No one seemed to use it, so that was nice. The beach is powdered sugar soft a the ocean is clear and calm. It was an OASIS! The only surprise is that there isn't any drink service. Luckily the pool bar wasn't too far away. There is a free trolley you can take to other pools like the Watercolor Club (for kids), and other locations. There are some eateries within walking distance (however not a ton). The whole town is walkable and bike friendly. If you're a runner, there's a paved walkway that goes alongside the main road for miles and miles. I stuck to the trails behind the houses and loved it! It was secluded and woodsy, and yet I still saw houses so it didn't feel unsafe. This was probably one of the best vacations I've been on- it felt foreign but was stateside. Everyone enjoyed it- myself, my husband, our toddler, and my older in-laws. It's worth every penny! And bonus: the AC works amazingly! You can have a cold room and the ceiling fan makes it even better! The housekeeping was also phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and did such a great job! They gave us more shampoo, etc without us even having to ask. My only cons- I wish the free bike rental had helmets. I don't trust drivers when I have a little one to take care of, and the pool pump was loud so we couldn't really hear the ocean from the balcony, but not a deal killer.
