I came in here looking for a very standard computer accessory and found a cold, unwelcoming warehouse style shop that couldn't have been in greater contrast with its 'fruity, crunchy' (non-pc) counterpart, on the first floor of the nearby Bentall Centre.
The in-store signs led me to explore the wrong part of the store; I was redirected with a cursory glance and directional hand-gesture, when I asked where my item was located. Once I found what I was looking for, I asked - at the enquiry desk - if it would be suitable for my specific purposes. The first member of staff said it wouldn't. I asked him if he was sure and his (more senior) colleague replied that it would indeed be fine. So, as the previous reviewer suggests, staff can vary in their knowledge levels.
