There are also various leads and connectors on display as well as printer paper, computer keyboards, wireless mice, a small range of office consumables and also a section dealing with mobile phone accessories. However, the one glaring omission seemed to be the lack of any PC's or laptops on display. However, when I got home I thought I'd check them out on the internet and from that it would appear that they supply bespoke computer systems to both individuals and businesses, although my impression is that they are more geared up towards supplying businesses. They seem to follow the same ethos with supplying mobile phone packages, tailoring the package that is most suitable for your needs. Other services include web hosting and design and computer upgrading and solutions. Basically they seem to be an independent computer supplier particularly geared towards providing business packages and solutions but they are also an option for the individual buyer who wants to consider an alternative to the standard Curry's/PC World packages that we all tend to flock to.

Terrible after sales care…read more Fitted with a replacement screen for my iPhone 5s and it was slightly loose at the top. Either poor parts or workmanship to blame. I place my phone screen down and it shattered due to weak fitting. Went back to shop and it appears that the damage is not covered as it has multiple break points. The man who told me this was serving another customer and proceeded to tell me that it was not possible from across the shop in front of other people as he believed it had been dropped several times. Why treat people in such a manner??!! Basically called me a liar in front of other people. Perhaps you could have come over and spoke to me directly. The rude conversation ended with him decided he could not make a decision anyway. It was another staff member who was absent. Avoid this place. One down the road that might take a little longer but is full of genuine nice people. Was told that it is possible to smash in the fashion mine is in. The first thing that struck me about Phoenix Computers when visiting it was its name on the front…read moreof the shop. It reads 'Pheonix Computers'. As those literary types amongst you may recognise, this is not the right spelling of Phoenix. Not the most professional thing for your customers to see before they even enter the shop (maybe they should have used the spellchecker on one of their computers?) Thankfully though, the shop itself is a lot better than its first impressions suggest as Phoenix offers a great range of computers for sale at very competitive prices. As it is a small local shop and not one of those faceless chains, it also manages to offer each customer a very friendly and personal service without any hidden agendas. They also offer their services for computer repairs, working on a 'no fix, no fee' basis that is much better value for money than their larger competitors. Other computer related services such as website design and data backup are also available, meaning Pheonix...sorry, PHOENIX is a great place to go for any PC or laptop related problems.

From the front of the shop it looks small but don't under estimate it . It is a family run buisness and a lovely family at that. It is run extremely professionally. I found this shop last year and have been on a number of occassions with various problems from computer viruses to laptop charging problems etc and no problem is ever to small or difficult for this company to deal with. No matter what the problem has been they have repaired and delivered on a very quick turnaround. Most importantly they are very reasonably priced and do not cost the earth like other companies I have dealt with in the past.. They are very down to earth people and don't try to blind you with" technology jargan" If you have any computer repairs I would definately recommend this company. I give this shop 10/10 and will certainly deal with them time and time again.
