For repairs I highly DON'T recommend going to PC world if your PC is custom built. My PC was set on a reboot loop so I brought it in to see if they could find the problem. First and foremost they charged me 70 euro which I didn't mind paying if they we're able to fix it. They told me that they would run a diagnostic on it, which they did pretty fast compared to their normal time (5 days), Usually 2 weeks. They called me back to tell me that they weren't able to test it because it wouldn't post, so I presume they just tried turning it on and off and it won't turn on despite telling them it was on reboot loop. They told me to come pick it up since they won't send it away because it's a custom build. Which means I paid them 70 euro without them actually doing anything. They directed me to go to some other repair shops instead and they fixed it within 2 hours and only for 20 euro doing a simple ''diagnostic'' where my RAM only needed reseating.
Long story short, I paid 70 euro to PC world to try pressing the power button on my computer without them properly taking a look. read more
