On saying that they seem to have quite good deals for these networks and you can also purchase various broadband packages here. Staff at the store are friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. They obviously remembered me as one greeted me upon entry by saying "No man, not again?" Update: 2/11/14: Just over nine weeks in and still no phone or contact from them. Update: 7/11/14: They contacted me for the first time!!! No, it's not fixed but they excitedly tell me that they have a batch of battery pack chargers for me to charge the battery externally outside the phone. I hand over €20 for this cheap looking generic charger. No, it's actually €50. But they gave me €5 discount for them having my phone 10 weeks. How generous. No more than two hours total to charge the battery they tell me. After trying it when I got back, it's actually over 12 hours to get the battery to 78%. Have since seen the same charger on amazon for £3.24 since. Also, whatever they were doing with my phone when they had it, they damaged my samsung battery, with the top of the battery lose, I only bought it about a week before I dropped it into them. Ineptitude at it's worst. Surely, they haven't been in this job long because they don't seem to have a clue. DO NOT GO HERE.

Now my back cover was broken (they replaced free of charge) and they chipped the frame to remove the back cover (they tried to cover this up rather than owning up to it). They tried to explain that I should trust them and that the phone would charge even though I wouldn't see the charging icon any more. I take the phone home to test it. It doesn't charge and the phone speakers no longer work. They basically don't know what they are doing and broke other things trying to fix the original problem. Avoid at all costs.
