Not the kind of premises you'd actually visit-it's kind of on an industrial estate from what I gather!
I initally dealt with BMS over 3 years ago when I wanted to buy a laptop. I emailed them and got a rapid response from the managing director, Billy Guy. He then spoke to me by phone and had a lengthy discussion about exactly which laptop would best suit my needs. There was no huge sales push and I felt like he genuinely aimed to find my perfect fit and not try to just sell me the most expensive model. Delivery was delayed by a couple of days due to a production problem but I was kept fully updated and once they had it in Dublin it was delivered to me the next day.
My next dealings were a year later when I stupidly spilled some tea on the keyboard. I had bought a laptop with a spillguard so luckily the service department were able to replace the keyboard easily and for a very reasonable amount!
2 years on the laptop started to die and I realised that I had 5 days left on my 3 year Toshiba warranty. Again, BMS came to the rescue. They replaced the system board under warranty and revived my laptop.
I really can't fault this company. They are eternally pleasant, they are efficient, honest and know their stuff. They have a good range of laptops and are probably the best people to buy from if you want a Toshiba laptop-they are also the authorised service centre. I've recommended them to friends and will continue to do so...as I suppose I'm doing now! read more
