The service is an absolute joke; dare I say, a pick-and-drop scam with no upfront price communication from Gary himself and lack of receipts/ dockets. Everything relies on trust from such a shady business run by a group of non-professionals who are far from punctual or timely. They will not keep you updated and fail to address the initial fault, instead make one up themselves for a pay cut during diagnostics, then proceed to gaslight you for not being a tech expert. Agree with other reviewers here.. had a server that I needed repair. Took 10 days to collect the server. Once it was received, no feedback for days, couldn't get through to Gary himself or any other technician. was eventually told they were going to 'try and perform a firmware update', which didn't work. After trying to contact them for another _2 weeks_, was told that there was no more that could be done. the server clearly needed hardware fixes, which were not performed or probably not even attempted. Absolutely fantastic service from Gary's IT Services. My sons PS5 would not switch on rang Gary and within a couple of hours it was collected from our house and delivered back within 24 hours on Christmas eve to a very happy boy. Not a good experience! After hearing his radio ad on Nova I entrusted my refurbed laptop with Gary. All I wanted was to transfer my data from my old computer. That was just about what I got but I lost my Microsoft in the process. Called them and got a smug reaction that they were experts. Had to go elsewhere where to fix my problems cost 60 euros. DO NOT TRUST GARY! On the 3rd Feb my computer tower arrived by air freight from Sydney, Australia. Unfortunately there was clear damage externally to the case, I checked to see if the computer would turn on and there was an intimate connection issue to the monitor. I explained the issue to Gary who assured me he could take a look and fix. During the day I asked for an update but Gary was reluctant to give me one but said it would be fixed the following day. I received an invoice of €204. I asked for a breakdown of the cost but Gary would not give me one. The Invoice just said: Collection repair and return diagnostics of pc issue with components. I paid the invoice. My computer was delivered back and I was astounded to see it had been returned in the same condition I sent it (see Pics). I could also hear debris in the case and it was falling apart. It didn't seem safe as the whole front came away. . I was still experiencing the same issues. I emailed and called Gary and he still could not give me any detail what the €204 was for. I expressed how disappointed I was with his service. He offered to fix the issue but by now I had lost faith. He finally offered a refund, when I accepted he tried to take it back. We went back and forth until Gary offered the refund though in the process called out my mental health. Three days later there was no refund. I emailed/ called Gary and was told refund was in the process of being made. A week later nothing . Days later I received a msg to say refund in the process and will be made at end of the month. It's now the 7th of March and Gary is avoiding all emails/ calls /msg's. Afraid I gave Gary the benefit of the doubt but it's clear to see his character. Don't trust. My laptop was not turning on and I asked them to fix it. They gave me back my computer with a new ssd and kept my old one with all my files. At least that is what they said, I don't even know if they really replaced it or just said they did. I have sent them many messages asking for my old ssd back and they kept saying many times they were going to send it but they never did. read more

Avoid at all costs -appalling communication and service laptop not charging so I left it with Gary for repair. After a week having heard nothing I called for an update but he didn't know if he had received it. A couple of days later he confirmed that he was in fact in possession of the laptop. After two months my laptop was "sorted" and ready for collection. But after two months and €204 with Gary it was no better. In order to get it sorted I had to spend an addition or so €185 to get it working. I contacted Gary to explain my dissatisfaction with the service and asked for a refund and after a few days to and fro was told a refund was in progress. 18 days on no refund received. I posted a negative review on google and promptly got a response to say his child was in the US being treated for a rare disease and a refund would be made the following week. Now we're in the following week + 1 and no refund. Save yourself and your money don't go here. read more

My laptop broke down at 2am on Saturday morning. It was a terrifying bluescreen with some deep problem in the registry because I'd downloaded some dodgy anti-virus software (SpyHunter - don't use it). I phoned Gary at 10am in the morning and within the hour he returned my call (even though he was out of Dublin) and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes flat. He was absolutely brilliant, and before we'd resolved the problem even offered to come and pick up the laptop Saturday night or Sunday morning. Despite saving my e-life, he wouldn't accept any money and just asked for a good review. Gary is a computer hero and I couldn't recommend him more highly!
