Paid €30 for diagnostic was told it would cost another €50 to replace connector. Asked manager for written diagnostic report to see exactly what the problem was, they didn't have one and got quite aggressive and argumentative when asked why. Decided no to proceed with repair. Later that evening my 10 year old boy fixed the problem in 5 mins using a youtube video. Apparently the battery just needed to be reset using power button- not quite as sexy as charging €50 for a connector. Unpleasant experience glad I only got stung for €30 and not €80 .Let the buyer beware
