Well…read moreI was driving to work and when I made a turn, someone's truck in front of me dropped a can of light gray paint on the road and splashed it on my white car. I was so upset because I didn't know how bad it looked until I got home. I tried removing it with alcohol but the paint wouldn't come off. I was also afraid of using a stronger chemical because I di want to strip off the original paint color. I reached out to Marvin on Yelp and he responded quickly. He has many years in the auto detailing industry, so I trust him with this job. His price was reasonable. He showed up promptly to my house and had all his equipments ready in his truck. He went through the process of washing, using clay bar, in addition to waxing and polishing the car. I liked that he was very careful about removing the paint off the plastic parts without causing discoloration. The challenging part was removing the paint from the bumper and behind the tires but he did it! I'm very pleased with the results and I look forward to getting my car detailed interior and exterior with Marvin next time.

I first checked with my Infiniti dealer to see how much they charge, I was given a quote starting @ $260, I laughed and hung up. She and a crew of 2 came in 2 pickups with everything they need plus water, Kristie brings her own water to use. The whole job took more than 3 hrs and I was blown away how beautiful a job she and her crew did. They didn't miss anything, got all the nooks and crannies, polished all the wood, steel and leather. I got lucky and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The appointment took about 3 hours from start to finish. The Tint looked amazing and super sleek. Later that day, we noticed a bubble on the driver window and they informed us it should resolve on its own. Fast forward a month, the bubble hadn't resolved and was still visible. I gave them a call and was able to get an appointment right away. The woman I spoke with said it was unacceptable and they would get it fixed immediately. Upon arrival to the appointment, the bubble was resolved within minutes! From service to quality of product, K2 deserves 5 stars! They are amazing to work with and produce amazing results!

WiFi, a nice place to wait indoor, outdoor, sun, shade with a nice shop for affordable cards and gifts. There is also a donut shop, a mini mart and many shops and restaurants across the street. Although they were willing to rush, I let them know I didn't mind waiting and just wanted my car to be clean. My car looked better than new inside and out ! The staff there were friendly and helpful.
