My sister has told me countless times to book here, saying I wouldn't regret it, and she was absolutely right. I got lucky with a last minute cancellation and snagged a spot, and I'm so glad I did. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but my 60-minute session with Alexandra was truly out of this world. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing exactly what you want in a wellness setting. It's definitely a bummer that they book up months in advance, but honestly, that just goes to show how amazing they are. I can't wait to come back!

Only after I specifically requested several times to be seen by the acne specialist--who is also the owner--did she finally step in. As stated, working with her was my goal from the beginning since that was who I was referred to, yet I was continuously scheduled with others. I've reviewed my texts and there is no message from you stating that, due to my supposed "treatment" of your staff, I was only to communicate with you directly. That claim is false. Throughout this process, I maintained a respectful and professional attitude. I will not be bullied into accepting a narrative that paints me as "difficult" or "disrespectful" when the truth is I was misled into spending money on products that weren't right for me. Yes, I declined further phone calls--but only because after multiple calls filled with misinformation and mix-ups, I preferred to have written records of all communication. If necessary, I am more than willing to share screenshots that prove exactly how inaccurate your version of events is. Because despite what you're saying I handled things with the upmost respect and was nothing but kind to you and your staff the only disrespectful thing I did was not answer your phone call. I also told your staff multiple times that I was open to swapping or adding any products needed--just let me know what was best. Instead, I was given inconsistent input depending on who I saw/spoke to that day. At the end of the day, I'm thankful I chose not to continue being shuffled around and misinformed. Moving on to a new salon that genuinely cares about their clients has made a huge difference in my journey.

The nail tech drilled too deep into my actual toe nails and didn't stop until I winced. She said that she thought it was the gel polish. She eventually admitted that it was my nail, but instead of apologizing, she implied it was the fault of how my nails looked. I can overlook bad customer service and even mediocre quality, but this was beyond that. Weeks later and my toe nails are still recovering because she did it at the bottom. She did this to two of my toe nails and the one pictured is the worst; I'm censoring because I don't like showing my toes. I would actively not recommend.
