I sent the company a text message about a week prior to my first availability. The owner returned my text within 30 mins. I provided photos of my storage unit that I needed cleaned out with a list of the items I wanted removed. He provided a quote, which I believe was very reasonable. We agreed on the date and time. He said he would contact me the day before our scheduled appointment. He lived up to his word. He contacted me the day before to confirm our appointment. He has excellent communication skills. Very thorough....He arrived at my storage unit not a minute late...right on the dot. I appreciated his promptness. He came with the necessary equipment to perform the job. He was very friendly, professional and removed all the items as promised. He removed a king bed, some storage containers, twin beds, bed frames and a dryer. Watching him toss the dryer on the truck was amazing. I just knew he was in over his head (joking), but he tossed it like it was a paper clip. Ha! He had two trips to the trash facility and finished everything within an hour and half. The length of your job will be based on how many items you need disposed and how many trips he will need to make to the trash disposal facility.
