I had a vision of what I wanted my one-acre property to look like and these guys saw and understood my vision from the very beginning. They kept great communication with me throughout the process. I added more work as the process moved along and they handled it seamlessly. The land turned out amazing and the driveway they put in just tops it off. I had many quotes before my job started from other local companies and ParkerHill came in right at the top as far as cost. Not to mention, they have many many years of experience! I mentioned I was a Veteran in one of our conversations and they gave me an incredible deal on the final bill. Its nice to know they take care of Veterans. Thanks a lot guys for a job well done. It couldnt be any better!

In the beginning, everything seemed professional and reassuring. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After telling us they were ready to move forward with repairs, we went to pick out flooring and were preparing to submit payment. However, after reviewing the invoice, we were told that ProCare wanted the mitigation portion paid first before moving forward. At this point, ProCare is currently in a dispute with our insurance company, and we as homeowners are stuck in the middle with no resolution. To make matters worse: * Line items on the invoice were increased and repeated multiple times * Insurance has asked for the information to be reviewed * ProCare has been unable to provide reasonable cost justification to our insurance for the charges on the invoice * They have not been willing to make corrections or adjustments We have been out of our home since January 2026, and this has placed a major strain on our family. I work in law enforcement, my spouse works in healthcare, and we are raising two children with autism. This situation has been extremely stressful, and there has been little sense of urgency or care shown toward resolving it. At this point, it feels like ProCare is more focused on getting paid than working toward a fair resolution. Communication has been frustrating, and there has been little willingness to collaborate. This has been a nightmare experience, and I would strongly advise others to ask detailed questions about billing, communication, and expectations before choosing this company.

Paul is extremely thorough and takes pride in his work. He will check in with you several times during the job as part of his quality control to ensure everything is to your liking. He goes above and beyond from patching holes, sanding walls to fixing issues from previous people's work. He even swapped out a light fixture for us and swapped over several lights to LED since he already had the ladder out. Price vs quality is spot on, he isn't the cheapest in town but how could he with this kind of quality and thoroughness. He isn't your I'm gonna flip this house kind of painter but the I want you to enjoy this paint job for 10+ years kind of painter. He even stained our playground and will be back in the spring to pressure wash the house, refinish and stain front door and paint shutters. Ps. Make sure to plan and book ahead as he is always booked up.
