She was very responsive to my messages and even had me send pics of my brows so she can see what she would be working with. The appointment didn't last as long, or if it did I didn't notice as I was so comfortable and relaxed. Thy is the sweetest. She gave clear instructions on what to do or can't do for the next few weeks. She provided materials as well. She checked up on the status & quality of my brows. I came back for the touch up. Going to Kittaya was a great decision. She has 5 stars for her lip blushing and eyebrows. I read other reviews and was impressed with what I read. Her studio is lovely and very clean. She will talk to you about what you want and make some suggestions, but together you will decide what color to go with. I wanted to keep it natural so I chose peach to play it safe. I am sure you want to know if it hurts, she will numb your lips and if you need more later just ask. This is very important - do not freak out right after it's done! Your lips will be swollen, tender and the color will be very rich. This is not the end result. It will take time to heal - this is a process - but it's worth it. Follow your after care instructions and be patient. After 4 weeks you'll see your color and go to your 4-6 week touch up. Doing your touch up will ensure your results and it will give you a chance to make changes. I decided at my follow up to add a drop of another color to give my lips a little more color. I can't say enough about what a great experience and how pleased I am with my results. If you want lip blushing you know where to go - Kittaya!
