We had another trip planned to Tennessee in August to check out that area as well. I connected with Phil shortly before we arrived in Payson. He picked us up from our Airbnb, drove us all over town, and even took us to look at four or five homes for sale just to get a feel for the area. All of that without even knowing for certain that we were going to be moving here. Well, we loved it and canceled our other trip. We stayed in a rental for a couple of months and Phil was very patient as we visited home after home until we finally found the right one. Cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you sir!
