    Over Promised / Under Delivered. We've dealt with many real…read moreestate professionals over the past 30 years and after interviewing several agents to list our Pine AZ cabin, Jake's exhibited good presentation skills and seemed knowledgeable. However, following our initial meeting, we did have concerns over his slow responsiveness to follow up questions and next steps which we addressed with him. So, prior to signing he assured us that "communication would not be a problem". We should have known better. Once the listing agreement was signed, and for the next five and a half months, Jake consistently over promised and underdelivered at pretty much every turn. Phone calls and even text messages usually took a couple days to be returned, feedback re: showings was limited, his promise to periodically check on the property every week or two, never happened and sales fliers at the property were often outdated. Information he shared regarding his agency and broker relationship was vague and seemed to be constantly changing. In fact, Jake only told us Wendy retired after we cancelled our listing. At one point, a Phoenix area agent requested a showing but didn't have access to his lockbox. When we discovered Jake had placed a key under the front door mat, he assured us that he would pick it up the next day. We found the key was still there nearly two weeks later during our visit. He was unapologetic and indicated leaving keys for this purpose, was common practice. Our listing with Jake was due to expire in Dec 2022 but in the 3 weeks leading up to the end of the agreement, we never heard from him. When WE sent him an email to confirm that we would not be continuing, he responded with a text message saying he had an offer and would we consider it? When we asked him to send it over, no response as usual. So, when pressed him on this several days later, he said, "oh, it was only verbal". Very unprofessional! One of the few times Jake acted promptly was when our listing agreement ended. Listing information was removed from MLS and photos were deleted the very next day although it took 2 weeks and several follow ups to get our keys back. Ultimately, we listed the property with a new agent in January 2023 and had the property under contract within the next 30 days and closed escrow at the end of March! Based on our experience, we would NOT recommend Jake Sopeland for your real estate needs.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE PREMIERE SOLUTIONS REALITY, PAYSON, AZ. I have waited a while to write my review concerning Sally Cantrill, Designated Broker, CRS, GRI, Premier Solutions Realty in Payson, AZ, due to the fact that it is a small town and I wanted to make sure to secure my home before the small town "talk," would possibly be distorted. Sally Cantrill was the "Broker," of my Realtor, Anthony Calhoun, In her office, and under her leadership. (I use that word lightly!!!) , she allowed, and advised, very unethical practices to take place during the contracted purchase of my home. WHICH I CANCELLED, after Sally and my agent (who I will cover with the NRA, later). This is just a review - to say..... BE CAREFUL, they are there to sell houses, that is what they will attempt to do and it cost me over 400.00 dollars in inspection cost for a house that was written up In the contract as having a septic tank which indeed had A CESSPOOL!!! Unheard of these days. Sally lead the ban wagon in which they attempted to corner me like a rat, UNTIL I HIRED AN ATTORNEY! She attempted to talk me out of hiring an attorney by saying, "why spend all that money for an attorney." I do have several emails and texts. If interested I can provide that proof. BAD UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES OF WHICH I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH NRA. I did offer them an OUT, and said, if they refund my inspection monies which I lost while all along they knew they wrote up a bad contract with FRAUDULENT DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PROPERTY, in addition only half the forms were even filled out, this was something the attorney pointed out to me. I would let this go, but, they basically laughed at me, why? Because MOST people will not follow through with a complaint. In fact only 2% of Americans will follow through. Let's help each other and change that fact, demanding INTEGRITY FROM THE BUSINESSES we work with. LONG STORY SHORT, I found an honest Realtor, and he found me a wonderful home, of which I currently live. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND READ REVIEWS, believe them! Sally Cantrill's Office and her agent, Realtor Anthony Calhoun, we're BOTH the listing agent as well as the BUYERS agent. (I was the buyer) it was located on HAUGHT AVE in PAYSON. I watched the listing AFTER I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT, because I felt bad for the sellers. I do not believe the sellers did anything wrong, I believe it was the deception of the fraudulent contract the realtors wrote up, unbeknownst to me, or the buyers. It was my attorney who notified me of all that!!! I noticed after I cancelled the contract, the buyers WENT WITH A NEW AGENT AND SOLD THE HOUSE FOR 30K less than what my contract was for!!!! Something is fishy here!!!! (12/2019) I am a person who despises UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES especially in a small town like PAYSON, a town where most everyone is honest, friendly, and neighborly!! Please let your neighbors know your recommendations of GREAT business people so we can KEEP IT IN THE LIGHT!!!

    Very disappointed with this office on how they handled the septic inspection. Owner says she has…read more22 years of experience but clearly she forgot what the contract says about completing the septic inspection within 20 days of the signed agreement. She waited until two days prior to close to order the inspection. The septic company had to tear up the front yard to get to the septic. This changed the front yard from its original state. She did not have the owner or have a handyman clean up the railroad ties and rebar where someone could get hurt. Tried to force the buyer to purchase the home with no opportunity to have the area put back in its former state when the buyer signed the purchase agreement because close of escrow was the next day. Then when the buyer pulled out she had the nerve to file a remedy to the buyer when she was already in breach of contract. Buyer beware and seller beware! I still feel to this day there was some shady dealing going on.
