Then I told him to call the ADP check verification number on the check, he said he could not. He needed to speak to someone in HR. I told him dude it is an international company and there is not a local HR to speak too. He said come back Monday during business hours. I was like I work during business hours. To say the least I am so happy my next check is direct deposit. But he cashes others checks around me and issues them an ID even though they did not have proper ID. I am completely over it. NEVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR A METRO CARD!!!!

Today,…read more3/1 a few of us African-Americans experienced discrimination by having to wait outside of the store after opening hours while preference was being given to a white man who was allowed to conduct and enter before opening hours. The store was opened by a New Jersey license plate individual who left immediately after opening and the Latino man behind the counter stated to us; after having us come in after 7:45 AM, "I let him in because he is wearing shorts and it's cold outside and I felt bad for him." However, I myself having on sandals and mesh legwear was extremely cold as well. The same Latino man behind the counter, verbally accosted a female employee two weeks prior as she came in to work, having asked him to open the door so that she can come behind the counter and his refusal to do so only at his leisure, calling corporate and various other numbers for this place is seeming to be unsuccessful. We need to put an end to discrimination as well as harassment and abuse by males towards women in the workplace.

One day I went to withdraw money for people with developmental disabilities because I was going to be out on medical leave due to surgery. The teller looked at me and asked if I can't break up the transaction and return another day. I told her that I would not be able to answer that question. she stated everybody goes through stuff and it's mad early in the morning. I didn't responded and left after my transactions.

The hours of the Bank are great. A Bank open on Sundays deserves more than one star, however I will…read moresay that their customer service is sub par. When I have to wait over 15 minutes to ask for a teller when I am next in line seems a bit ludicrous which has me wondering if the employees know what they are doing. On a different occasion, the employee would not even let me withdraw money from my own IRA. He mentioned that I was not allowed to which doesn't make any sense. However on another occasion at a different Bank, I was able to withdraw. It just goes to show the competence of the employees. Honestly it is convenient that the Bank is in Mount Vernon as there is no Bank like TD however it does bring about concerns considering that they aren't sure as to what to do.

I had gotten a delivery notice on Saturday stuck to my door, but I was unable to get there on time before they closed. I went Monday, they said they did not have my package, I went again on Wednesday they found my package but the owner Kenny Luquis would NOT give me my package because of the spelling of my name on the package. I showed him my New York State driver's license which matched the address on the package and also on the delivery slip.I also offered my passport. He stood behind the bullet proof glass shrugging his shoulders saying oh well you cannot have your package. I needed my package desperately as it contained my invisiline trays , my teeth have already begun shifting. I tried to politely explain this to him but he gave me the "oh well" while he was smiling behind the glass. I have been picking up packages for quite some time here and have never had anything like this happen. Who would be so stupid to try to steal a package at a ghetto check cashing place and show them their real ID with their address? This place sells bootleg sex in the city perfume and dusty key chains on top of over charging people for cashing their checks. I got out of character and cursed him out because there was absolutely no reason he could not have given me my package, he just did not want to! I called UPS when I got home and they agreed that the package should have been released to me, they did not understand why he did not do it either, I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate and I will continue to report this business to the Better Business Bureau and every government agency possible I have paid $357 today and called out of work for an emergency dental visit to remold my teeth for the trays that he could have easily given me but he chose not to.This scumbag should not be running a business or interacting with humans. Kenny should start selling his cheap stinky counterfeit perfumes online instead .
