I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

Not much in the way of service as the employees all stayed at the checkout counter and were not terribly sociable during checkout. I go downstairs to check it out and realized I needed to ring the bell to get into the vault for any decent liquor. Fortunately I knew that was bartender for Sauvignon Blanc, so the next day I headed to the Kahn's web site, shopped a little, and picked out one from the Marlborough region, feeling pretty confident about my choice thanks to the description on the Kahn's web site. I ordered it online, went in to pick it up, and even was able to get a nice gift bag on site. Thank you, Kahn's! When I gave it to him, he literally gushed. It turns out he had bought that himself several years ago, and liked it so well that his restaurant served it for about a year. I had definitely struck gold! SoBro Spirits has got a lotta bourbon and whiskey, and in fact, I would say this is one of the better places to find bourbon in Indy. The wine section is fine but not the largest, although what they do have seems well curated and thoughtful. All around the store, you will see shopping baskets full of random bottles of discounted wine, beer and other alcohol. It was kind of fun to paw through the baskets and try to find a cheap treasure. All the wine was discounted 20% so I ended up paying less than 90 bucks for 10 bottles of nice wine. The best part of my experience was when the cashier (who I assume was the owner) carried all my wine out to my car for me! He could tell it would be a lot for me o carry, so he picked up the case and walked out with me. All in all, great selection and even better customer service. I will be back!

The selection is respectable and covers what most are searching for. They have a large cooler with multiple selections of beer that is very cold. The variety throughout the store is nice with a good selection of basic liquors and beers most want. The prices are competitive compared to most liquor stores. I wouldn't say the savings is enough to drive out of your way to say a dollar but if your already in the area, stop in. After 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and most weekends get busy but they move the customers quickly. I found what I came for and paid quickly. Nice employees, types of alcohol grouped together, fillers and condiments grouped together and friendly staff.
