From the moment I called Payless Glass, I got superb customer service. The guys were very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them which I loved. Making an appointment was super easy. As soon as I got there they took my car back and worked on my windshield immediately. It only took a lil' over an hour (they had to calibrate). Very reasonable pricing (lower than the 4 other places I called before them). Definitely would recommend and will be using them in the future. read more

Great customer service, attention to detail. Thank you for the work that you have done on our car.

I received 5 estimates for the job and Payless was the lowest. Had all my questions answered in a timely manner. I took my car in, ETA was 1 1/2 hrs; within 25 minutes, my car was ready! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shop and waiting areas were, I definitely recommend this shop. read more

They were very helpful and had what I needed to get the job done. They were able to do it at that time. Took approximately an hour to finish the job. I would recommend this place and they are reasonable with prices. read more

Very good quality work. They were very friendly and gave me a competitive low quote and set up an appointment time that worked for me. $240 for a windshield replacement on a 2016 honda accord. On arrival I asked to see the windshield that was going to be replaced and it had a blue faded glass area at the top of the windshield. I told them that I didn't want that one and if they had a regular one. He informed me that he will order another one and it will arrive the next day. The next appointment it was there and it took less than a hour. Very good quality work at a good price. Definitely would recommend read more

Windshield replacement was quick and easy to setup with them. They reassured the estimated time for pickup and the estimated quote for car. The place looks clean and organized, the staff are nice and friendly. The value is a pretty good bang for your buck when compared to other places. Definitely recommend, they are quick. Found them on here! Booked the appointment on here. The price for a back glass 2023 CRV was not bad & it was the cheapest I could find. I needed this to be fixed ASAP because I couldn't drive like that. Went in on a Friday morning @ 9am. Service was pretty fast so fast I didn't notice something small.. After my repair I left & called a few days later to ask if it was okay to wet. That's when I noticed the small corner.. TO ME it looked like maybe they were trying to replace the glass through there? Anyways long story short I called back & provided pictures, went in to get told the person that was repairing it saw it broken & tried to help me out by gluing the piece.. was a little disappointing because I drove out during my lunch. Got $50 back, I guess it's okay. Would recommend still! read more

I was looking to replace my rear view mirror because it's been delaminating giving it a fog appearance. I asked around a bunch of shops and they either didn't provide the service or quoted me around $80-200 for installation only. Mo was able to get me the exact OEM mirror and installation all for $60! My ford fusion mirror is installed with pressure so changing it at home risks cracking the whole windshield. Overall great service and fair prices unlike other shops. I waited for an hour and saw Mo give another customer the same treatment and fair price. I'll definitely be returning as I'm currently restoring my car back to its former glory read more

Detailed and straightforward!! After getting a quote through Yelp, I received a great response from this shop. Mo immediately stood out by offering me an amazing deal and being upfront about the service time, which was a little over an hour. The quality of the work is great, and the service I received was exceptional. For anyone needing a good and cheap windshield replacement, I definitely recommend giving this place a visit! My windshield had gotten cracked from a flying rock on the highway, and I took the suggestion of Payless Glass by word of mouth - and I'm so glad I did. Ruben Rojas was quick to respond to my text inquiry and helped me set up an appointment for the very next day. When I brought it in, he answered all my questions and made me feel confident about the outcome. Literally, in the time it took to go on a coffee break right before my work started, I got the call the that my car was ready! I was able to get it before work started and was impressed by the professionalism, the efficiency, and the lifetime warranty coverage. I cannot recommend this place enough! I know they have more services, but beyond great car service, they actually care about how they present actual their customer service. read more

Very quick service, and excellent price, and helpful on the phone when called. More importantly than all that though, they were able to do the necessary recalibration for the ADAS system (Subaru Eyesight). Just getting the recalibration done at the dealer would have been more than what we paid for the entire windshield replacement by Payless Glass (cost of the OE equivalent windshield, labor, and ADAS recalibration). We drove a fair distance to come here as they seemed like they were a knowledgeable, well established business that could do the replacement and recalibration, while still having a reasonable price. It was definitely worth it. read more

Just completed new front windshield replacement and everything is great. Awesome low price includes calibration. Would do business with them again. Shop is easy to find and clearly they're experienced with glass when you see the shop. Several professional trucks/vans marked with license number (Residential/Commercial) ready to go. I have a 2025 Odyssey minivan, but I see Mercedes, BMW, & Tesla customers too. I read others' reviews saying they found glass bits not vacuumed up. Well, I didn't have any, but prepared for it by removing all my stuff in front so it'll be easy to clean. read more

This business is excellent. Great prices. I paid $580 for my windshield at Payless and the other companies wanted $1500 -1700. Grant it, the other companies would have come to me, but considering how fast, almost a third of the cost, and easy to deal with, it's was worth going there. I highly recommend and already referred them to my friend. read more

Glass installation was smooth and Mohammed was very easy to work with! Would recommend any day of the week!

Tesla wanted 1500 to fix my cracked front glass and I had to wait till next week for my scheduled appointment. However when I called Payless Glass Mohammad scheduled me sooner than Tesla and practically charged me 50% less than what Tesla was charging. Thanks for the savings. Also it only took 90 minutes and my car was brand new again. Great service. Great guy. Lifetime warranty. read more

Moe took such great care and provided top notch service I wanted to put another crack in my windshield so I'd have a reason to come back! He takes great pride in his business and it's also nice that I just walked next door for a asada burrito while I waited. Finally, it's the little details that really help differentiate good service from great service; he parked my RV around after the job was completed so I can just drive away! My second time here and they did not dissapoint. Best price for fast and easy service. Definitely recommend for auto glass repair.

*** In response to the business rep's comment, it seems like he's drawing the incorrect message from my review. First, he's comparing apples to oranges (pun intended), as that analogy just doesn't quite fit the issues at hand. Second, my review isn't just about the cost differential (which is 75% higher than what I paid elsewhere, btw). It's also about how this company tried preying on fear to sell their service and product. They 'warned' me about others not doing the job correctly without even knowing the other businesses whom I was referring. How could Payless speak to the quality of others when they have no real, solid reference point? In short, when one attempts to put others down, in ignorance like Payless did, it reflects poorly on the person/business doing so rather than the intended target. *** This place seems pretty overpriced. A rock hit my windshield while I was driving on the freeway the other day. What started off as a small crack spider-webbed over the next couple of days. I saw this place had some pretty good reviews so I called to get a quote on a new windshield - $460! I set up an appointment on the off-chance this was what a new windshield was really going for but then reached out to another 4 repair places. All 4 came back to me with a quote ranging between $250-$300!! Big price discrepancy right? So I sent back a quick text to Payless canceling the appointment, explaining why. My phone quickly started blowing up with phone calls & texts belittling the other quotes, going on about how they won't do the job correctly, how they won't correctly re-calibrate the sensors, etc. Very poor look for Payless imho. In the end, I got the job done with someone else for $200 less with no issues whatsoever. Shop around! read more

I needed my windshield replaced for a large crack that splintered across most of the driver side before a long road trip. I was able to schedule to have it replaced here at Payless Glass the very next morning. I contacted them through Yelp with a picture of my windshield. They responded immediately and quoted me $300 to replace the windshield for my 2020 Corolla. Other quotes I received were between $700 to $900. Service and the front desk worker were polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Took 3 hours to complete as they had other cars to service before my car. My husband picked me up and dropped me off once my car was ready. I highly recommend Payless Glass. read more

Came here back in mid January to get my windshield replaced because something cracked it on the freeway. I forgot to leave a review back then but I'm here again today because I'm unlucky with freeways and something hit it yesterday morning. Anyways, called them this morning and they have my windshield in-stock. I was like, "be there in 30" and they're replacing it as I write this review. They have great customer service, very well mannered demeanor and that's what drove me to come back here. But as much as I liked the service, I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon... really don't want to have to replace another windshield so often. Lol read more
