He recommended we get two arrangements of the same style and color to put at either end of the casket for balance and he recommended a red, white and blue color theme in honor of the deceased's military service. We are unable to hold burial services until the Spring as their cemetery plot is behind a locked gate until the ground thaws. Therefore we did not purchase a floral 'casket blanket' or place the arrangements in cemetery baskets. Rather, we chose to have the arrangements in vases for family members to take home with them. Piccirillo was familiar with this need (not uncommon in this area) and let us know what choices we had available. The customer service was friendly and helpful. When other family members called to place their orders he knew exactly what they needed to coordinate the flowers. Payment was done easily over the phone and I received a text receipt for my payment right away. Flowers were delivered to the funeral home the morning of services. Everything went smoothly and the flowers are beautiful.

I can't believe how UPSET with Rennie's that I cancelled my order…read more I called first thing this morning (9:00AM) to have my mother's birthday flowers sent to her at an Assisted Living facility (which mind you is NOT far from Rennie's). After being closed for a long weekend, they had their flower delivery first thing in the morning. I was told it will be an arrangement at the florists choice since the flowers were all around. I said no problem, as long as NO CARNATIONS so roses and balloons. I asked here...when will they be sent? She said early afternoon. Well here it is 3:50pm and NO FLOWERS have arrived for my mother's birthday. The woman who answered stated they were overcome with Funeral Arrangements, that the order will be delivered before 5:00PM. Ummm, hello...NOT MY PROBLEM. Customer Service failed completely! Wondering if I should pick it up myself, I called back and asked and she said it was up to me, but the arrangement wasn't done and won't be going out until 5pm since the delivery person was already out doing other deliveries. So, I cancel the order! And the best....NO ONE can credit my credit card until tomorrow. I am very disturbed that the owner wasn't around and the two individuals working had not idea how to credit an account, as well as lacked customer service.
