Terrible service, my first clue should have been no one answers their phone, it goes directly to voice mail; when I did finally get ahold of them I was told they service my area on Tuesdays, made an appointment they never showed called them again and was promised a tech would be there tomorrow, he did show up and said another crew would return on the following Tuesday, they never did! I have had several issues with them blowing debris all over my patio. My landlord has a weekly contract with them so I have no choice. I have called and asked that they clean up their mess and stop blowing on my patio. There is no grass in the front of my house so there is no need to have a blower to begin with! when I called last week to complain because my landlord said she was having no luck, the assured me they would have someone come out same day to take care of it. When they didn't show up, I called and had to leave a message for call back, which I never received. After 3 days of messages and no response, and no clean up, it leaves me with no other option than to leave a bad review. I have had this issue for the entire time I have lived here 6 years ago. I would never use them for service! Unprofessional, untrustworthy, no follow through, and the only time they return calls is if they think you will be a new customer. please save your money and protect your stress levels by calling another company!!! read more

20 days later, I'm still waiting for my lawn to be aerated. The owner is flaky, avoid at all costs.

We asked them to mow our lawn while we were going to be gone for 10 days. We specifically asked for them to come 4 days after we left so the lawn would be manageable for us to mow when we got back home. They agreed they would do that....They never showed up. We don't have a weekly contract with them but have used them off and on for sprinkler repair and fall blows, maybe that makes a difference?!? read more

We have dealt with them twice in a little over a year. We've seen their trucks and workers mowing lawns almost daily in the summer. Perhaps it's different if you have a contract with them. In 2016 we asked for a bid on a fence and were told there would be one. We never heard from them. This year we asked for a quick bid for removal of weeds. Our house was less than two hundred yards from their shop. We had to ask again, and were given a fair price again, but they never showed up. I called, said we needed it done in the next few days, and they never showed up. I highly recommend them if you don't need anything done. Otherwise find someone reliable. read more
