At the branch level, they know me and would override any holds because of the relationship with me. However, Regions corporate changed that. Now, no local decisions can override the bank's biometrics on check holds. I am a real estate agent so now I have to have my checks wired, and Regions charges me $15.00. So there's that complaint. Secondly, someone used my card, I received a notification and my card was canceled. It's been 5 business days and I've had NO COMMUNICATION from Regions as to when my new debit card will arrive. When I call, the prompts take about 10 minutes to get through just to be put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a representative. Then, that representative can't tell you anything. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING DIRECTION FROM A ONCE PERSONAL BANKING INSTITUTION. I really don't want the hassle, but it's time for me to switch banks. Regions just continues to disappoint.
