This is the absolute worst tax preparer I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only did…read morethey miscalculate my father's state taxes owed by $3,000; the later corrected state $3,000 refund by the State of Alabama was unduly then taxable at the the federal marginal tax rate (undeserved double taxation burden on my father for their mistake) the following tax year. Plus, I specifically asked that that the owner (only CPA in the mix) review and sign my father's return. She did so, but she intentionally did not include her CPA designation which was my sole reason for the request. I now understand why. What an embarrassment to her profession. I hereby fire you SaS Tax & Accounting. Absolutely do NOT use this firm. Brian K. Lee, MBA, PRM, CMA, CFA

The review of receipts and future plans session were friendly yet very professional. The fee was reasonable. I was so happy to get away from my previous CPA (2021), who sent me an insulting email when I asked a question. I do have a devgree in business/finance and had done my own taxes with software for 20 years. I'm happy to let B and H take over again this year!

I made an appointment with Perry Cronin, and gave him all relevant paperwork. About a week later I received a phone call from Mr. Cronin, and he told me that not only did I NOT owe the IRS $6000, but they owed ME $6000!!! It took almost 3 years for my case to be settled, but Mr Cronin handled it all for me, and I finally got my $6000 direct deposited to my bank account. I appreciate so much the Team at Axiom Tax Resolution Group, continue to use their services.

After getting their estimate of a best case scenario, I contacted the IRS and "negotiated" a payment about 25% less. I've either missed my calling as a negotiator or this is a completely useless service. The payment I ended up with is what the IRS guy told me in a 10 minute phone conversation. I would have been so much better off to save my money. I heard this guy advertised on Hugh Hewitt and thought it had to be a good situation. Call the IRS yourself first, and use the $1500 toward the balance you owe.

We first knew Bob Ezekiel (God rest him), who was a fine and honorable man. After his passing, the same spirit of professionalism and kindness continued. We are grateful to Caroline Dorris Banky, Paul Jones, Emma Preston, Wilma, and Taylor. Each of them has helped us in meaningful ways over the years. Paul Jones came out to our home early one morning to take photographs for our homeowners insurance. Some might say that is simply part of the job, but we appreciated his willingness and professionalism. He has also helped when we had questions about roadside assistance and other matters. He has been steady and dependable. Emma Preston has assisted us with our auto insurance and has always been pleasant, both over the phone and in person. Caroline Dorris Banky and the rest of the team have consistently taken time to explain things clearly when they might otherwise feel technical or confusing. Wilma and Taylor have also been helpful and professional whenever we have worked with them. Parking is easy and conveniently located right at the door, which is something many people appreciate. The waiting room is very comfortable, the magazines are up to date, and the office is clean and welcoming. In the hot Alabama summers, it is cool and comfortable inside, and during the winter months it is warm and inviting. Communication has consistently been prompt, and we have always felt respected and never rushed. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel hurried or impersonal, this office stands out. We are grateful for each person there who has taken the time to help us. God bless ! -- Mark and Tim Elders
