My family currently has a mortgage loan with Regions (they've been originating loans with this bank for over 30 years). It's excellent they use Blend (excellent digital origination platform) for Home Equity Lines of Credit, but I would like to see its use expand to Home Equity Loans and, of course...purchase, refinance, and construction and renovation mortgages as well. It would help getting a mortgage much easier and convenient.

I spent hours on the phone with different people throughout WF explaining the situation. I was told over and over again that basically it was my fault. No one seemed to care, and I was told that my claim was denied and that the funds cannot be returned to my accounts. I believe that WF has a security problem, as the perpetrator was obviously inside my online banking account when he committed this act, but no one there wanted to hear about that. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed that no one stepped in to help a loyal customer. I will be closing all my accounts and moving to a local financial institution where I am not just a number.

I ended up waiting 45 minutes to apply for a credit card I didn't want. He said he would follow back up before the end of the week. - I received no follow up. Blake had been sick but no one else in the office was able to follow up in his absence. When I called on Friday to follow up, they offered to make an appointment with Blake for the next Monday morning, and that they would called me if there were any changes. - An hour before my appointment on Monday, I called to confirm my appointment with Blake. I was met with extremely rude customer service from Alex, who did not even let me get through my sentence before saying he would call me back when he's not with a customer. When I restated that I wanted confirmation on my appointment with Blake, he quickly confirmed it and hung up. - Upon my arrival, I was met with Alex who told me Blake wasn't here due to illness and that I would have to wait 45 minutes before being able to meet with someone else.
