It's excellent they use Blend (excellent digital origination platform) for Home Equity Lines of Credit, but I would like to see its use expand to Home Equity Loans and, of course...purchase, refinance, and construction and renovation mortgages as well. One person was helpful and filed a complaint, the other two have refused to do anything, won't freeze the account, won't close it, nothing. Calling the closest branch was also completely useless because despite having proof that yes, she is who she says she is, and yes, the account is fraudulent, and yes, there's been a price report filed already they told her that there's nothing they can do. Wells Fargo was more helpful in an identity theft crisis than these people are. So they protect criminals I guess, do with that what you will. I would never recommend this shit bank to anyone.

No one seemed to care, and I was told that my claim was denied and that the funds cannot be returned to my accounts. I believe that WF has a security problem, as the perpetrator was obviously inside my online banking account when he committed this act, but no one there wanted to hear about that. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed that no one stepped in to help a loyal customer. I will be closing all my accounts and moving to a local financial institution where I am not just a number.

They have the CD on automatic renewal with no contact information how to stop the automatic renewal. Try to call, they disconnect you or conveniently say they cannot verify our identity. I tried sending a certified letter, thanks to the lovely USPS it hasn't arrived there, now it's a week late. I will keep trying to call, and will escalate the issue. It's complete insanity. If this isn't resolved by Friday I will be forced to hire an attorney.

Jordan was my cashier and seamlessly handled my three transactions. She was also extremely personable. Chase does not seem to have a strong presence in the Alabama market. Jordan, the girl at the counter, did tell me that they are expanding, especially around this area. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was at first a member of Washington Mutual and when Chase purchased them I gave them a chance and it has been a very positive experience. Not only at my branch in my hometown, but since I travel a lot for work, I do try other branches and I have never had a negative experience. All In all, this was an extremely positive experience and I will give this particular branch five stars.
