I was in town running errands so I decided to stop at this US Bank to knock out another errand on…read moremy list. I went through the drive-thru and was the only one. There were two tellers there, one was on the phone and another actively inputting data on the computer. Both looked serious and busy, so I assumed they were dealing with some sort of crisis. I waited for about 5 minutes (not exaggerated), I had already sent my tube; at this point there are other customers waiting as well and the tellers still have no even made eye contact or greeted anyone. One of the tellers finished the crisis handling on the phone and apologized for the wait and was able to service me with excellent service. This is my first visit to this location so I believe it was a special situation and normally operation is not like this. I just think maybe they could have done something different than let the drive-thru just sit without informing anyone of anything.

According to the advertisement it would not adjust the terms of my loan. My original loan was to be paid off in November 2043 unfortunately not until I reviewed the amortization chart did I realize they simply added ten (10) months to my loan terms. I called them and was initially told they would correct it on the last day to finalize my loan I was told they would not correct it and I had to take it or leave it. I was baffled as it was two weeks left on my rate lock. No one ever apologized or seem to care. This bank just does not know what customer service is. Avoid them at all costs.

We now have a different insurance company and agent, so we had to awkwardly reach out to our past agent. They sell their cars as is, no warranty. Offered to fix a few things but required dropping down almost $2k on the spot which is not helpful. Playing dumb with me despite having a garage with tools to jack it up, etc. Things that needed to be replaced or fixed included - struts, control arms, steering knuckle, brakes (calipers, rotors, pads) for rear and front, cv axle, battery, transmission fluid leak, engine oil leak, and every fluid besides engine oil needed to be flushed out. Kept the gas tank nearly empty in the cold season outside their lot. Also made false promises of a body shop offering discounts to fix the body damage for the car.
