Physically went into the bank to pay off my credit card and they were not able to tell me how much was charged, so I paid more than I should have. Then three days later still seeing they have not received a payment. When I called to see if something was in error they said they have not received any form of payment! This branch has many miscommunication problems. Save the time and hassle don't bank here!

My father couldn't login to his online banking account so he called the office, as he has other…read moretimes before, to ask to have his password reset. However, this time he was met with a question of what is your "security word". He had no idea. He called me to help as I am on their account as well. When I called to ask for help, I was denied as just because I was on their account, I didn't have access to their online account. There would be another form that needed to be completed. Ok fine. In the meantime, can you please help my father. I was met not without the "security word". But it was suggested that I register my name under their on-line account so I could gain access. Great. But you will need to enter their "security word". Are you kidding me?! We came to impasse as no one knows the "security word". I expressed my frustration that this for sure wasn't a senior citizen friendly bank -- and would be closing the account as this was too much for them. Response was -- that is your choice. So, on Friday, I am loading my nearly 84-year old parents and we are headed to CSB to close their accounts . . . after being a customer for 61-years. They have always been so proud of their loyalty to the bank. How sad.
