Physically went into the bank to pay off my credit card and they were not able to tell me how much was charged, so I paid more than I should have. Then three days later still seeing they have not received a payment. When I called to see if something was in error they said they have not received any form of payment! According to the advertisement it would not adjust the terms of my loan. My original loan was to be paid off in November 2043 unfortunately not until I reviewed the amortization chart did I realize they simply added ten (10) months to my loan terms. I called them and was initially told they would correct it on the last day to finalize my loan I was told they would not correct it and I had to take it or leave it. I was baffled as it was two weeks left on my rate lock. No one ever apologized or seem to care. This bank just does not know what customer service is. Avoid them at all costs.
