When I would run low my husband could put money in my account. No longer an option. If you are looking for a bank that takes 15 minutes to sign into, and once you do that you can't do anything else. This is the bank for you. We keep the bulk of our money at a couple of different banks. If I have to re input all of my information for automatically paying bills, I'm going to a bank that doesn't make me Nickname my phone. Yes, you read that right, I have to Nickname my phone. I was under the impression that the phone number was the nickname! I also have to nickname the individual accounts because they won't allow me to put them in an order that makes sense. For instance I can't have my children's checking account next to their savings accounts, because that makes sense. Instead they are in no particular order and I have to remember the nicknames. The app wasn't great anyway, it was always having technical issues, now it's unusable. Run, don't walk, away. Not all banks will hold your money for ransom.

i do not recommend this bank. i've been with them since i was 18 (now 21), because my mom had an…read moreaccount with them and i've never had a bank account before so i followed my moms footsteps and i'd led to a horrible experience. yes, the people who work at this bank are awesome and nice but they're business is not something i would ever recommend to anyone. i've had to have 3 different debit cards in the 3 years i've banked with them. their only excuse was that my cards have been compromised and wouldn't give further details. 3 separate times. the most recent time my card has been compromised is still on going. at the beginning of january 2019 i received a letter in the mail stating once again that my card has been compromised and they will be sending a new card and shutting off my current card on the 19th of january. i have yet to see a new card in the mail and i have no access to my monies unless i go to the bank and pull it out myself. i've called the office again today to tell them i haven't received a new card and have bills that need to be paid. i will be pulling all of my funds from this bank and closing my account. 0/10.

Physically went into the bank to pay off my credit card and they were not able to tell me how much was charged, so I paid more than I should have. Then three days later still seeing they have not received a payment. When I called to see if something was in error they said they have not received any form of payment! This branch has many miscommunication problems. Save the time and hassle don't bank here!
