The venue itself is pretty nice and there are plenty restrooms for us ladies. But attending PB Stadium when it's football season is rough. I don't feel safe there with all the drunk and loud crowds. We tried the nose bleed section and even got better seats in the 100's but it was still the same. Go there and be prepared to have some beer spilled on you. CB fans are LOUD and PASSIONATE! read more

Pbs is a excellent stadium to watch a football game in. My family had Bengals season tickets for many years and I have been all areas of the stadium. There is not a bad seat in the house. Lots of good tailgating around pbs. read more

If your a Bengals fan like my wife they have a large assortment of fan gear. The staff could be friendlier but other that it's an overall good place. They also ha e a large selection of youth and clearance items. Parking through the week is only $4. read more

No half time entertainment? Only highlight from opening day was a fly over by a bomber plane. The stadium is "no frills, no thrills." Nothing special really. I'll admit that the food was cheaper than what I paid at Great America Park and when I purchased nachos, I actually got it prepared for me, as opposed to crappy boxes of nachos you have to put together yourself at the Reds' ballpark. Again though, nothing special about the stadium or the Bengals. I paid good money to attend the game and walked away without being entertained. I wasn't expecting Cowboys' stadium or anything like that, but every professional sports team should have something memorable for fans. I still consider myself new to the Cincinnati area, and I truly want to engage with the city; HOWEVER its athletic teams do nothing to welcome newcomers. All the fans are home-grown, which isn't a bad thing, but I ask myself "if Cincinnati continues to have losing teams, what brings fans back? Why does the organization not spend more money to make more money? Shouldn't the organization do more to generate excitement and get people to return time and time again?" I see no reason for me to attend another Bengals game, at least in their current condition. Not creative, no thrilling plays, no entertainment, and a lose. I might return to the stadium if they ever host any awesome concerts I want to attend, but that is not likely since concerts are typically hosted by the nearby arena or baseball stadium. Will Paul Brown stadium ever host a Superbowl? Even then, they'd have to really ramp things up. To end on a positive note . . . the Bengals fans were outstanding and energetic when the team has a chance to take the lead in the game. read more

Came in for the Raiders game. We had great club seats. The food offerings here are some of the best that I have seen at a stadium. Everyone was very friendly to us. I would say we were treated by far the best by a home team, some city's away teams fans are not welcomed but not here. We had a great time (minus the loss) thanks for having us and treating us so nice! read more

Paul Brown Stadium didn't feel all that unique when I went, but what made the game was the Browns-Bengals rivalry. I caught a Bengals home game agains the Browns, and the tension was awesome, even though neither team had a winning record at the time. lol. Bragging rights, I guess. Battle of the Ohio. My rating applies to the overall experience, which was rather pleasant! My subsequent review, however, regards only the food: I don't know who makes the sausage for Paul Brown Stadium. I don't think it's any of our local companies -I hope not, anyway. Whoever is ultimately responsible for this abomination, they should be drawn an quartered for crimes against humanity. You have to WORK to make a product this bad. I am a sausage maker myself, so I'm not an easy or even unbiased audience. However, I have a great deal of respect for well-made, "honest" products, even if I don't care for the taste. This? Wasn't. It could have come from a manual on how to "make bad food by-the-numbers". I could go into details on what specifically was wrong, but no one would understand, so I will refrain. Suffice it to say that it was a result of the pursuit of the least cost, and was absolutely the worst product I have ever had the misfortune to eat. If that was the only exposure some people ever have to sausage, it's no wonder they hate the whole product class and think it must be bad for you! The representatives of a city like ours with a strong history of meat packing and quality sausage making should be ashamed at having this travesty in their stadium. Cincinnati deserves better food. We should demand it. read more

Update on this review because it doesn't seem clear. They don't let you take in anything over the size of two palms of your hand. So if your purse is larger than one large hand or 2 small palms of a hand, you must take it back to the car, or leave it behind. I emptied my walmart purse and left it because it was $15 and I was already going to drink expensive beer. What were the chances someone would steal a $15 purse, they need it more than I do, if so. Anyway, they threw it in the trash. They shouls be donating these things to shelters in the city of Cincinnati. The charity work promoted by Cincinnati NFL and Paul Brown Stadium are a lie and a price tag. I asked if I could volunteer to collect these items and get a BIN or bucket provided by the stadiums approval. They flat out said no. "We do enough charity work, and our website says the guidelines of the sizes of objects". While it is true that if they approved this, I would be a liability through insurance on their property...I was volunteering to put lost or left items in a bin. A job that minimum of 2 people should already have for the stadium. What the hell? My initial review sounded hella dramatic but hey, its all true. read more

only the greatest football stadium on the planet! yes i said it! okay...so i know im a bit biased. i grew up in cincinnati and yes...the bengals are my football team. i will go to war with them, i will fight for them, and yes i will die with them. i love them that much. many people may know them as the bungals...but never the less. i still love my team. yes i know our owner is an idiot. and yes we like to sign convicts. and yes we were on hardknocks. but if you ever come to the jungle, you'll know what im talking about. the fans are great, the stadium is gorgeous. there are no words. you just gotta' experience for yourself. go bengals! read more

Sitting in the seats is cool but getting a behind the scenes tour at Paul Brown is even better. Tours are available to groups by calling the front office and requesting information. I've been on the tours twice; once because I knew a worker and once with a class at Xavier. We actually got to walk on the field in the second one! I've been a Bengals fan for as long as I can remember but I've only gotten the opportunity to go to six or seven games in my lifetime...tickets are hard to come by and expensive, there's a wait list to get season tickets. Your best bet to get into the game is to either know someone who has season tickets or to purchase on Ebay. The stadium is huge and modern, there are escalators outside to help move slow crowds along. Food and drink prices are outrageous but comparable to every other sports venue in the US (how do they get away with charging so much?). I've known plenty of people who have been successful in sneaking in six packs of beer, security isn't particularly careful checking bags and/or coats. Tailgating is the best part of visiting any professional football game and Cincinnatians know how to do it up right. We park in the Whiskey Dick's parking lot with hundreds of other Bengals fans for $10 on the day of the game. Bring your cornhole set and start up a tournament with your neighboring tailgaters...or just pull out your lawn chairs and enjoy a few beers before the game! read more

I'm a Lions fan. Saw the opportunity to go to Paul Brown Stadium to watch a game over Christmas break. I froze. I'd never been to an outdoor NFL game in December before. I saw that it was going to be 39 degrees during the game, so I thought it would be nothing. I was wrong! Sat in the cold for five hours, but it was worth it, great game. It's a functional stadium, you know. There are two big screens and another LED band that shows the score. I kind of wish the stadium was enclosed by the walls, because you could feel the wind battering you, and it's not fun. I know this is how modern stadiums are built, but I'm not a fan. This is probably the fourth NFL stadium I've ever been to, including the Silverdome. I've also been to Cowboys Stadium for a tour. Paul Brown is functional. This is everything an NFL stadium should be. I don't see why the owners demand billions from taxpayers, it's just a football game. Want a dome? Build a dome. Want an open-air stadium? Build one. There's no need for the gimmicks like a retractable dome, retractable field, fancy, modern design. Once you're in your seat, it's a game like anywhere else. I really have no complaints. Even the bathrooms were well done. read more

They have a great selection of concession items for those rooting on the Bengals on gameday. You will sometimes see organizations from local colleges in the region assisting with concession duties and in-turn their organization receives a portion of that day's sales. I rarely give out one-star reviews. To date I have only posted a single one-star review. This means that it truly does not meet any of the expectations one would hope for in a stadium. The only redeeming quality of PBS is that it looks bearable during nighttime shots of the skyline and there are two large screens to see replays and the junk they throw up there. The opening animation on the screen seems straight out of 1996. Which is weird, because the stadium opened in 2000. I will briefly give you an overview of the animation. A Bengal Tiger is going through the jungle and enters some weird temple or something. He passes a bunch of painting of the Brown Family Tree and some famous players. Then he appears in Paul Brown Stadium (I assume) and encounters some very blocky people wearing blank uniforms (they look like they are from Blitz 2000, you know, for N64 and the original Playstation) who seem to be constipated or something. The tiger roars and everyone backs up. In the close background you can see a completely blank flag. Then the camera zooms in and it shows the opposing teams logo displayed magically. The camera zooms into the tiger's eyes where you can see the flag in its reflection. The tiger then slashes the flag and everyone cheers. The animation has never been updated in the 12 years of PBS's operations. And it isn't anything worth saving for nostalgia in case my description somehow made it seem that way. I have been to Bengals games at Paul Brown before. I typically go once a year or so, so I'm not boycotting the place or anything like I am the only other 1-star review I have given (which is Angel's Carryout II just so you know). I simply want everyone to know that this is the worst new stadium in professional sports I have been to. I'm not going to complain about beer prices or food prices because I understand that those things come with the territory. If anything the price of food was in line with what I would expect. The problem I have with this stadium is that it has NO character. You walk in to the stadium and see nothing but concrete walls, steel beams, and some really drab banners hanging about as far away as they could where people probably don't even see them. The first thing I expect when I go into a stadium is a blast of team color, crazy posters, banners, and paintings showcasing famous players, coaches, and accomplishment. None of that here. Pick up the stadium one day, move it to ANY other city, and you would never know that it was in Cincinnati the previous day. The only sign that the Bengals play there are a few assorted tents and the padding against the walls that keep the players from running into a brick wall. I was even told that when PBS opened the padding was a simple green color... At least they did SOMETHING to customize the space since it opened... Every concession stand in the stadium is almost completely identical except I believe there are designated stands for Gold Star Chili (which pales in comparison to the Skyline at Great American Ballpark). The stadium has no special stand where there is cheaper food (dollar stand at Great American Ballpark) or any special deals like free refills on pop/popcorn (Ford Field in Detroit and CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh). Also, in all of the games I have been to in PBS I have never received a "free" giveaway. It seems almost any other game I go to in the NFL, NHL, or MLB I get a free souvenir to remember the day. The cheapest ticket at PBS this year was around $65. It is no wonder the Bengals struggle to fill even half the stadium when they are in the playoff run. They provide no value for the ticket price and show their fans almost no loyalty. The funny thing is that ESPN The Magazine ranked the Cincinnati Bengals the worst franchise in professional sports over the summer (http://espn.go.com/blog/afcnorth/post/_/id/28548/espn-mag-bengals-worst-sports-franchise). I think this is a deserving title for the Bengals. They show their fans no support, they have expensive tickets when the team does terrible most years, and they rarely have a productive year we can be proud of. Not to mention the stadium is being almost entirely funded by the taxpayers of Hamilton County. The county commissioners have cut huge chunks out of the county's budget to pay for this thing and the updates the contract requires them to pay. The owner is willing to put about $45 into the team every year, and that just doesn't quite cut it. Oh, and the last time I was here, water had built up in a pool by my feet. It seemed as though someone had poured a little Quikrete into a drain. It was probably clogged and this was a cheaper way for Mike Brown to never have to worry about clogged drains again. There is only one escalator going from the ground floor to the upper level. And by one escalator, I mean a single file line that can only go in one direction. Before games the escalator goes up. After games it goes down so people can leave. read more

A great place to watch a game. I've sat in several spots and never had a bad view. The concessions and bathrooms are close and the fan base is intense. The only issue is security at times is very lazy when it comes to dealing with overly drunk and violent people. But for the most part everything goes great. This is a place you need to check out. read more

Disappointing. It seems so many of the new football stadiums have few interesting architectural elements, and not much else. The stadium looks great from the outside, but inside there's not much special. Poor concessions and bathrooms, long walks to seats. Some of the views are really neat, from the corners of the end zone, but overall I expected more. read more

Located right on the banks of the Ohio, Paul Brown has a cool location and surprisingly good parking access (a sea of cars surround the stadium). I went to the Packers game in late Sept. and saw a LOT of Packers fans, but that is likely common anywhere Green Bay goes. The tickets were actually pretty well priced to see a team like Green Bay, only about $80 for end zone tickets, and in the NFL, that's not too bad. After a light pat down by security, I entered into the stadium to find a lightly decorated, industrial looking walkways. The food was bland and expensive, as was the beer (the fanciest beer was a stella, and that was only in one spot in the stadium). Other than that, have fun paying $8.75 for a Bud Light and $7.50 for an overcooked burger. The fans were okay here, living in Cincinnati, I know that Bengals fans are, in large part, fair weather, but the showing was impressive among the horde of travelling fans. The stadium was loud on defense and quiet on offense, and the WHO DEY shouts could be heard throughout the bland walkways every time I went to get another so-so beer. The stadium itself is a pretty cool design, and it makes for few "bad" seats, although I've only ever sat in the end zones and high on the 50. There are seats, not bleachers, so that is always a plus (and a staple of NFL stadiums as compared to college ball). Accessibility was very good, so even older and handicapped fans could enjoy with relative ease. All in all, the fans are pretty good and friendly, even to opposing fans, but certianly not as spirited as other NFL fans. The staidum is a cool design, despite very bland decoration, and the parking is easy and cheap. Ticket value is great for an NFL game, but they get you on so-so food at high prices. A good, not excellent NFL venue, I've seen better. read more

Bengals didn't win when I went but it was still a great experience. Parking is close by, there is great security, and the snacks are good.

Went here for the Cincinnati Music Fest and would have had a great time if it was not for the individuals who decided to smoke weed during the entire Saturday evening. It's a shame that not one person from security could be found, or seen in the area as several patrons attempted to locate one. Glad it wasn't a true emergency inside, we would all be in trouble. read more

We rented space here for a company party. The location is really an interesting venue to host any event. The staff obviously knew how to serve a lot of people quickly, and everything went smoothly from the venue side (obviously everything else was beyond their control). read more

I live in the Cincinnati burbs and I always hated the Bengals with a bloody passion but this is fun stadium to watch a game. As long as you are not a Steelers fan or Browns fan you probably will not be bothered. I like to get the box seats because I cannot deal with drunk NFL fans they are just obnoxious. The design of the stadium is modern and cool looking even thou the stadium has been open for many years now. I would recommend this stadium to anybody its a cool place to catch a game. It's the NFL the best popular league in North America for sports. My only con to watching an NFL game is you do not get to see the other NFL games at 1 or 4 if you watch it live unless you get a box and you have a flatscreen in the box. Anyhow I would recommend this stadium because its a fun place to watch a game. read more

A very nice stadium but the team is just not a lot of fun to watch. Perennial underachievers and a lot of guys that you don't feel great rooting for. Still, it's worth coming to a game, especially if you can get tickets for a divisional rival. read more

I've been to about a dozen games. The facilities are great. Even the highest levels offer good views of the action on the field. The loss of two stars comes from the parking and food prices. $8 for a Bud Light is crazy, and $6 for 1 slice of pizza will clean out your wallet. Your best bet for parking is the Fountain Square garage, only a few blocks away and only $15 on game day. read more

for what this place cost, it does not deliver. i feel like i am trapped in a massive concrete block when i am here. and everything is so narrow that there is no flow to people moving. add on top of that - those crazy long ramps that lead up and down - ugh. i feel i am walking down dante's inferno everytime i am there. i will say this - the suites are AMAZING. however, i cannot afford to own one. if i could - five stars. oh, and goldstar instead of skyline is a bad move. read more

I'm from Indianapolis so I think a "real" stadium with a roof that is always open is pretty fantastic....nothing against the Colts, of course. Concession prices are high but that is the norm. It seems like there was a lot of waiting in line, whether it be for food or the restrooms but again, pretty standard issue. Bengals fans are a very lively group! I was here for the Bengals/Packers game and was pretty impressed with the expressive and jovial Bengals fandom. Parking wasn't awful but trying to get out of Cincinnati after the game was a bit of a challenge! Overall, I like this stadium and mostly for the simple fact that the roof doesn't retract! read more

It's the home of The Bengals. Do I really need to say more? I've been to only one other NFL stadium but according to people with more experience than me our stadium is pretty legit. I prefer sitting on the North side of the field so I get a clear view of the scoreboard, but I would sit basically anywhere here. Looks like we will get new scoreboards next year so maybe the views will be better. An absolute great place to watch some NFL action. read more

Not a bad stadium. It does have a good lay out but other than that is very expensive. Game cost a lot here even for high up seats. There really isn't a bad seat here though. It's hard to leave a good review after a game like that but I guess I kinda have to. Like most stadiums everything is expensive. There are usually lines for everything but they all seem to move at a decent pace. I've sat just about in every location here and there really isn't a bad seat in the house that I know of. My suggestion would to be get tickets near the 50. All the staff is friendly even with their hustle and bustle of that kind of job. If you want to see the Bengals play live and don't want to travel then I recon you don't have much of a choice but to come here. read more

Paul Brown is a great professional sports stadium and a great location to catch a game. As with most pro venues prepare your wallet to get a ticket, eat and drink The cost of typical light beer is close to the cost of a sixer from the store, but that is true in most pro stadiums. There are multiple options for seating across a variety of price ranges. My favorite seats that I have had thus far are in the club. The club seats are great as you can order food and drink from your seat and have a conditioned indoor area in case the weather becomes inclement. The club also has some different food options, I have enjoyed the burgers, and some additional beer options with a couple of craft beers available. The restrooms are also much less crowded and more easily accessible than in the general areas. I don't find myself going the stadium but have enjoyed the few times I have been. read more

Not a bad seat in the house... even though I'm a Dolphins fan. It's very similar my home stadium in Miami. Do NOT... I repeat do NOT get the draft beer... it's just plain STALE. I'm definitely not biased, because I absolutely love draft beer. Stick to the bottles here... trust me. read more

We walked the few blocks to our hotel and only one person yelled at me that real men don't wear pink, because it was October and I had on a long sleeve pink shirt under my Patriots jersey for breast cancer. Great place to be when the Bengals are winning.

Went here for the Cincinnati Music Festival. The music was amazing and the venue was great! My only issue was with the setup of the stage. You only had a good seat if you were in the first 20 rows on the floor. Other than that, you had to rely on the screens. read more

Went to a the Bengals/Chargers game where they beat the bolts handedly. That made my good friend here in L.A. cry. My joy was warmth enough to push me past the hypothermia. I did lose feelings in my toes. But what can you do? The place was freezing and I was concerned for my nephew. Not sure if he is a football fan or if he was dodging his mom till New Years. But it was the best game I've ever seen at PBS. Why couldn't they play like this ALL YEAR??? Oh well. The beers are pricey ($7.75 - I tipped them it came to $10 for 16oz). Later my nephew got fries. Not sure how much those were, but who cares...they were warm. We got there early and parked on the sidestreets.Visit a place called Crepes in the morning. Those guys are super cool and friendly. The walk was really chill. I brought my super huge Mamiya RB67 camera to take stills. Most of the Cincy natives loved it! They were impressed with that fossil. My brain was frozen. They let me take this behemoth inside too! It was great. The security guy saw it and invited me to get closer shots of the field. He loved that camera that he was willing to escort me around with it. Photographers unite, ya' know. Saw a lot more people from Northern KY than Cincy. I guess they had the same idea, Bengals 'aint so hot so tix were cheap. Ushers are awesome. Well trained and courteous. There was an incident in the stands where a lady behind me was defending her 15 year old Charger fan by yelling bigot'ed insults. Way to teach your kid. read more

We did return for a game in the 2014 season. I was blown away by the hospitality by the surrounding Bengals fans UNTIL THEY STARTED TO LOSE!! The stadium is still just not a great feel for a NFL game. It's so plain and cold and the food is crappy. I've seen high school games with better food. I've been to several other stadiums and this is by far not a great representation of an organization that makes millions of dollars each season. I'll keep coming here because the tickets are cheap when you wait until a few days before the game and buy them on Stubhub. And I'll keep coming despite the whiny sore losers that this team has (once again, we had some whiny Bengals fans act like di*ks after the game.) read more
