My lips turned out lumpy and uneven from my injections. I asked during my appointment if the large…read morenoticeable lump would go down and was told it would. 2 weeks later (after letting the swelling go down and it still being very noticeable), I called to see if I could have them corrected only to be told that I could and it wouldn't cost me extra, then calling back 20 minutes later to confirm the appointment and being told it would cost me $385 to have them fixed. When I said I didn't think that was fair because I wouldn't be getting more added if it wasn't for the fact that they're terribly uneven, I was then told I had to come in almost 2 weeks later (so I have to continue to walk around like this) and they could "only tell me at the appointment if it would cost me the $385". Not happy about this. Update: After posting this review, I got a call almost immediately offering to "fix it". I went back for another appointment and had an injection to dissolve the lump and was given another syringe "for free" to even them out/make up for the syringe I paid for being dissolved. I did not have the entire syringe injected at the appointment and was told it was being kept for me to have injected at a later date. I waited another month and the lump was still there so I called and made another appointment to have the rest of the lump dissolved and the rest of the remaining syringe injected, and also mentioned purchasing another syringe as well. When I got in the chair for this appointment, I was told by the nurse she "did not want to inject me with filler any more because I did not update my review to say the problem was fixed" to which I replied it was not fixed. She then proceeded to argue with me saying that they were nice enough to give me another syringe "for free" (even though they also dissolved a good portion of the syringe I paid for and then refused to inject the rest of the one they "gave me"). She ended up only dissolving more of the lump and I left. I will not be back here and will be glad to pay another medical spa for fillers who will do it correctly from the beginning and will not blame their customers for their errors or badmouth you when you come back for correction. I will also be telling all of my friends & family of my experience and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!

My first experience here was for an updo and unfortnatly it was so bad I had to take it out when I…read moregot home - it was clear that this girl had no experience with updos and I do not think they should have allowed her to try on me, a paying customer. My second expierence was coming in for a manicure and the person could not do french tips, I have never encountered that before because it seems like a very basic "design". My third and final experience was recently when I was given a gift card for a mani/pedi/massage and I was not interested in the massage as I do not like them, but it was a gift, so I asked if I could use the remainer of the balance after covering the mani/pedi on a different service and they said no. So that is why I am leaving this review because that is poor customer service. I have not left a bad review prior even with my bad experiences because the staff has always been SO nice. But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

Not exactly what I was hoping for in a "day spa" vibe. My stylist was Chelsea. She was pleasant and didn't talk too much, which I appreciated since I told her I was looking for some downtime. I'm happy overall with my cut, but sort of felt rushed by her. I've noticed several split ends since too, which is disappointing since I told her I wanted the ends cleaned up and healthy. She did a very nice scalp massage during the shampoo though and did a nice job targeting products that I might like.

The wait times are way too long, they over schedule, the…read moredoctor seems to not care about her patients time at all like hers is more important, she shows up late in the morning and doesn't start right after lunch she makes us wait till like 2pm to see us, the staff are somewhat nice but don't get use to them its always someone new she goes through employees like candy. She fired 3 of the best works one because they were not treating covid like its serious and one because she was going on maternity leave they were excellent workers one of the reasons I tolerated going there but now ill be going to the new dermatology office in Saginaw H2 dermatology they are way better all around the 3rd employee works there the cosmetic lady. If your smart you would go to the new dermatology office instead of this horrible place.

Parking lot is empty, office door is locked. I see a light on so I knocked real hard on the window of the door, hoping someone will come out. Finally a lady does come out and tells me the doctor is out of town on business for the weekend (this was Thursday). She checks the schedule and I am not on it...I show her my text message I received from them. She's boggled. Has no idea why I am not in their computer. I am upset, I drove almost half an hour to get there. She apologized and rescheduled me for Monday. When I got home I get another text message: "Hi CHRISTINA, we had you scheduled for an appointment today, Aug. 4 t 2:30 pm. Can you still make it?" OMG! Are you serious? I called the phone number the text came from, listened to the message and it was the same doctor - no mistake. Wow. I was supposed to go this morning, however, I think I need to "read the signs" and find a different doctor.
