But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

A friend of mine introduced me to Nikki at New Image. I have been going to her for about 3 years…read morenow. My roomie even goes to her too and we live about 25 minutes away in Bay City. I had hair halfway down my back and she recently cut it for me! She sent me multiple pics to look at and she was just as excited to cut it. She asks a lot of questions and makes you comfortable. She washed, cut and styled my hair for pretty cheap compared to other places. I even got to donate my hair! Love going here. All of the ladies are friendly!
