Danny went over how I could build cash value and make sure that my loved ones were taken care of - if God forbid a worst case scenario were to happen. I had planned on waiting until I was a homeowner and married to get started with life insurance, but I didn't know that you'd have to qualify for it and that it would be way more expensive to wait. The process went quick and smoothly. I was signed up and qualified for a great rate within a couple days. I would refer anyone looking for a good agent to talk to Brad and ask for Danny to help you.

When the agent asked what kind of coverages I wanted I told him I would go with the state minimums to start. He essentially told me "no" that minimums are not allowed and that I would need more than that. You don't upsell people when it is not required by state law. That guy should not be working in customer service. I terminated the call and will now move on to another insurance company all together. It seems State Farm does not need my business at all since no one wants to return a call.

We called Brett to compare and we are so happy we called. We went through the closing document numbers with Brett, and even though this was not his loan, he went above and beyond to explain what the numbers meant and how they were calculated. This was a 51 minute phone call where Brett took the time to explain how things work in more detail without speaking a single negative word about competitors. Even though Brett calculated comparable numbers, he did not try to steal business, which speaks very highly to his professionalism. Having an honest conversation with Brett, where he concluded our current deal is pretty good, is so refreshing. Such a great conversation where no sales tactics/gimmicks were used.
