I love the energy Dan and Jo has for all these little small dogs. Very open people, initially while my Fiance and I were asking around the doggy day cares in the area; Dan openly said go to other businesses talk to them and let them know why we went with them. Not very many businesses ask why I took my business else where. The rates for doggy day care seem to be in the same range as the other locations. The play area is a bit small, however I don't mind it. It forces the dogs to socialize with one another.

I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! As I met more people, I had several people tell me about Woofer Walkers and decided to try them. My dog is always excited to go to daycare when we arrive. He loves so many of the staff and I always feel like Ali'i is in good hands. There were a couple of times when I had emergencies come up and the crew was always ready to receive Ali'i... they are always patient and understanding when things come up. One of the best places I STILL take Ali'i when I have to go away for the week or even just a day in daycare. Thanks to Bella, Justin, and crew for keeping our pups safe!

Terrible experience. I regret bringing my cat here…read more I brought my cat to this clinic because she appeared to have injured or sprained her leg, and they were the only place that could see her immediately. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst veterinary experiences I have had. The exam room did not look or feel clean, which already made me uncomfortable. A veterinary clinic should maintain a clean and hygienic exam room, especially when sick or injured pets are being assessed. After I checked in, I was left waiting alone in the exam room with the door closed for over 8 minutes. During that time, I could hear the doctor chatting in the back area about personal matters, including high school friends. I was there because I was worried about my cat, so hearing casual personal conversation while waiting felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When the doctor finally came in, the exam felt rushed and incomplete. In my opinion, the doctor spent most of the appointment typing instead of carefully examining my cat. I specifically mentioned that part of my cat's tooth was broken, and the doctor's response was basically that my cat would not allow her to examine it. That answer made no sense to me. I brought my cat to a vet for an examination, but when I pointed out a visible issue, I was essentially told it could not be examined because my cat "would not allow it." My cat is a mature, calm cat. She was not aggressive or out of control. If a vet cannot properly examine a calm cat after the owner points out a specific concern, I seriously question the quality and thoroughness of the visit. It felt like taking a car to a mechanic, pointing out a visible problem, and being told the car would not allow the mechanic to inspect it. For a bill of over $200, I expected basic cleanliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and a proper examination. I did not feel I received that. Instead, the visit felt rushed, dismissive, careless, and not worth the money. I left feeling that my cat was not properly cared for and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would not return and would not recommend this clinic to other pet owners.
