I love the energy Dan and Jo has for all these little small dogs. Very open people, initially while my Fiance and I were asking around the doggy day cares in the area; Dan openly said go to other businesses talk to them and let them know why we went with them. Not very many businesses ask why I took my business else where. The rates for doggy day care seem to be in the same range as the other locations. The play area is a bit small, however I don't mind it. It forces the dogs to socialize with one another.

My cat seemed much less stressed when I returned home having not been placed in a kennel while I was away. It was reassuring to know she was well cared for and fed. Rocky was also very flexible when I wasn't able to make it home on the scheduled date. He had no problems staying a few extra days. Rocky went out of his way to assist Carole when Tia would not go to the bathroom, Rocky also took time out of his day to look at our vacuum cleaner as Carole was ensuring our place was spotless upon our return. I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!

Caroline is very awesome as well, when we first met (with a walker who didn't work out) they took the time to come out and meet with Remy and I and learn his quirks and watch us play ball! We even connected up with Caroline at Paws for a Cause and dropped into see the Daycare facilities (Remy approves). I cannot review daycare other than what I've seen (in off hours) as Remy isn't a fit for daycare anymore (too much for him) . As someone who used another two services with my pup a lot, Bark Lounge has got an excellent space!
